Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は電気ハンマ等の打撃工具において、先端工具を
保持する工具保持部の衝撃緩和をはかった工具保持装置
に関するものである。
従来の打撃工具の工具保持装置を、本考案の構成を示す
図である第２図によって説明する。打撃時の先端工具４
を本体に保持するストップレバ５はスプリング８で矢印
ｂ方向へ付勢されてフロントカバ３へ係止されている。
先端工具４は加工物の破砕時などにはストップレバ５へ
衝突して保持される。この時、ストップレバに衝撃力が
生じ、鋼製スリーブ７またはケース９を介してスプリン
グ８へ伝達される（第２図ではケース９とストップレバ
５が接触しない様に示されているが、従来の工具保持装
置ではケース９とストップレバ５が接触していた）。こ
の衝撃はスプリング８の径方向に作用し、スプリング８
の摩耗や破損を生じ、工具保持部の寿命が短い欠点があ
った。
〔考案の目的〕
本考案の目的は、上記した従来技術の欠点をなくし、長
寿命でかつ信頼性のある工具保持装置を提供することで
ある。
〔考案の概要〕
本考案は、ストップレバ５に先端工具４が衝突して生じ
る衝撃が、スリーブ７またはケース９を介してスプリン
グ８へ伝達されることにより、スプリング８の摩耗や破
損が生じていることに着目し、スリーブ７を弾性体によ
り形成してスプリング８を保持することにより、ストッ
プレバ５の衝撃のスプリング８への伝達を緩和させ、あ
わせてケース９とストップレバ５が接触しないようにし
てスプリング８の摩耗と破損を防止させるように工夫し
たものである。
以下本考案の実施例を第１図及び第２図により説明す
る。第１図において、１は打撃子、２は中間子であり、
シリンダ10に摺動可能に遊嵌されている。ピストン（図
示せず）の往復動による空気圧で速度を与えられた打撃
子１は中間子２を打撃し、該中間子２の穴に遊嵌する先
端工具４へ打撃力を与える。先端工具４は本体先端のフ
ロントカバ３に設けた横穴に遊嵌するストップレバ５に
より、着脱可能に保持されている。先端工具４の打撃時
にはストップレバ５の外周部と先端工具の切欠段差部
４′が干渉して先端工具の抜け出しを防いでいる。この
時ストップレバ５のツバ部とフロントカバ３の段差部
３′が干渉するように、スプリング８によりストップレ
バ５は付勢され、フロントカバ３に回転不能に係止され
ている。先端工具４の着脱は第２図矢印ｂと反対方向に
ストップレバ５を引き出し、フロントカバ段差部３′を
乗り上げて回転させ、ストップレバの切欠部５′を通し
て行う。スプリング８はストップレバ５の横穴に挿入さ
れたニードル６によって係止されたスリーブ７の外周部
に保持され、先端工具４が加工物を破砕した際にストッ
プレバ５と衝突して生じる衝撃を弾性体よりなるスリー
ブ７で緩衝し、またストップレバ５の外周とケース９が
接触しないように保持しているため、スプリング８の摩
耗や破損を防止し、ストップレバ５の反転による先端工
具４の抜け出しを防ぎ工具保持装置の寿命と信頼性を向
上させる。
〔考案の効果〕
以上のように本考案によれば、工具保持装置のストップ
レバに先端工具が衝突する際に生じる衝撃がストップレ
バ外周に設けた弾性体よりなるスリーブによって、スプ
リングへの伝達が緩和されるため、スプリングの寿命が
向上し、工具保持装置の寿命と信頼性を増すことができ
る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は打撃工具の先端部縦断側面図、第２図は本考案
よりなる打撃工具の工具保持部ａ−ａ線横断側面図であ
る。図において、４は先端工具、５はストップレバ、７
はスリーブ、８はスプリングを示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】打撃工具の先端工具に直交し該先端工具か
    ら衝撃が加えられるストップレバと、該ストップレバに
    対して同心に配されたスリーブと、該スリーブに一端を
    当接するスプリングと、該スプリングの他端を当接する
    様に配されたケースとを備えた打撃工具の工具保持装置
    において、前記スリーブを弾性体により成形し、且つ前
    記ケースを前記ストップレバに対して接触しない様に配
    することで、前記ストップレバからの衝撃を前記スプリ
    ングには伝達しない構成にして成ることを特徴とする打
    撃工具の工具保持装置。
