Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、座部と背当てとが一体をなす座体を、その背
当てが撓みうるようにして、脚体に取付けてなる椅子に
関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、背当てと座部が一体をなす座体における背当てと
座部は、通常、それぞれ複数個所において、脚体に取付
けられている。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
上述のような従来のものでは、座体の取付け取外しが面
倒であり、また取付後においては、座体特に背当ては、
荷重を掛けても、ほとんど撓んだり変形することはでき
なかったので、座り心地は必ずしもよくなかった。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
座部と背当てとが一体をなすシェルをもって構成した座
体の座部を、脚体の前部における左右方向を向く支持杆
の上に載置して固定し、かつ背当ての後面における着席
者の骨盤の上部付近における左右方向の中央部を、脚体
の後部における左右方向を向く取付杆の中央部に固定す
るとともに、背当の後面左右部と取付杆との間に間隙を
設け、座体を構成するシェルの弾性により、背当て上部
を、後方および左右方向へ傾動させうるようにしたこと
により、上記課題は解決される。
〔作用〕
背当ては、その取付部を中心として、後方および左右方
向に、撓むことができる。
〔実施例〕
第１〜３図において、(1)は脚体で、前向Ｕ形をなす台
枠(2)の左右前端より、後向形の側杆(3)(3)を立設す
るとともに、側杆(3)(3)の後端同士を、左右方向を向く
取付杆(4)をもって連結し、かつ側杆(3)の垂直部の適所
同士を、左右方向を向く支持杆(5)をもって連結したも
のである。
取付杆(4)の左右方向の中央には、やや前方へ突出する
取付片(6)を設けてある。
取付杆(4)および支持杆(5)は、後方へ若干凹入するよう
に湾曲している。
(7)は、硬質プラスチックをもって、背当て(8)と座部
(9)とを一体として成形したシェルを、クッションを介
して表皮材で覆ってなる座体である。
背当て(8)には、その左右両側縁の上下方向の中央部よ
りやや上方、すなわち、着席者の骨盤の上部に相当する
個所から、左右方向のほぼ中央部へ向かって下傾する適
宜の長さの切込み(10)(10)が設けられている。
座部(9)には、その左右両側縁の前部から、撓み助長の
ための切込み(11)(11)が、支持杆(5)の後縁と同方向を
向く適宜の長さに亘って設けられている。
座部(9)を支持杆(5)に載せ、下方より挿入した左右２本
のボルト(12)で固定し、かつ背当て(8)の背面中心部
を、取付片(6)に当て、後方より挿入した左右２本のボ
ルト(13)で固定することにより、座体(7)は、脚体(1)に
取付けられる。
この際、背当て(18)の後面左右部と取付杆(4)との間に
は、背当て(18)の左右方向の撓みを許すための間隙が形
成される。
第４図は、異なる例を示すもので、その脚体は、後向
形をなす前脚(14)の後端と、垂直をなす後脚(15)の上端
に、前向形をなすジョイント金具(16)の各端部をそれ
ぞれ嵌合して連結することにより、左右の脚を形成し、
前脚(14)の要所同士を、支持杆(5)をボルト(17)止めす
ることによって連結し、かつ取付杆(4)の端部を、ジョ
イント金具(16)の基部へ挿入して、外方よりボルト(18)
止めしたものである。
その他の第１実施例と同様の部材には、同一の符号を付
してある。
第２実施例によると、異なる形状寸法の座体(7)に応じ
て、取付杆(4)を簡単に交換することができ、また脚体
も容易に分解することができる。
〔考案の効果〕
(a)座体は、実質的に３個所において脚体に取付けられ
るので、容易に安定よく取付けることができる。
(b)背当ては、そのほぼ中心まわりに若干左右に、また
後方へも撓みうるので、座り心地はよく、疲労も軽減さ
れる。この効果は、背当ての側縁から、前述のような切
込みを設けたことにより、助長されている。

  1. 【請求項１】座部と背当てとが一体をなすシェルをもっ
    て構成した座体の座部を、脚体の前部における左右方向
    を向く支持杆の上に載置して固定し、かつ背当ての後面
    における着席者の骨盤の上部付近における左右方向の中
    央部を、脚体の後部における左右方向を向く取付杆の中
    央部に固定するとともに、背当の後面左右部と取付杆と
    の間に間隙を設け、座体を構成するシェルの弾性によ
    り、背当て上部を、後方および左右方向へ傾動させうる
    ようにした背当て可撓椅子。
