【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は魚、肉、野菜等の鮮度保持を要求される物品を保存する保冷容器に関 するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、このような保冷容器としてはポリスチレン発泡体のような断熱材を使用 した容器内に蓄冷材を充填した蓄冷袋を凍結状態として魚、肉、野菜等の物品と 共に入れる構成が提供されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来構成では、蓄冷袋を上記物品と共に保冷容器に入れるから、保冷が全 体に均一に行きわたらず、また凍結した蓄冷袋によって物品が傷つくおそれもあ る。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、二重壁構造(2A,2B,3A, 3B) の容器(1) であって、該二重壁構造(2A,3A,2B,3B) 内に蓄冷材(4) を充填し た保冷容器(1) を提供するものである。

【作用】
本考案の保冷容器(1) は二重壁構造(2A,3A,2B,3B) を有し、該二重壁構造(2A, 3A,2B,3B) 内に蓄冷材(4) を充填しいるから、該蓄冷材(4) を凍結状態とすると 、該容器(1) 内壁(2A,3A) 全体が冷却され、容器(1) 内の物品が保冷される。

【実施例】
本考案を図１および図２に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、保冷容器(1) は 本体(2) と該本体(2) の上面開口部に蝶着される蓋(3) とからなり、本体(2) と 蓋(3) とは夫々内壁(2A,3A) と外壁(2B,3B) とからなる二重壁構造を有し、該二 重壁構造内には蓄冷材(4) が充填されている。
【０００７】 上記二重壁構造はポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル等の熱可塑 性プラスチックを材料としたパリソンをブロー成形することによって製造される 。
【０００８】 また蓄冷材(4) としては通常ポリビニルアルコール、ポリアクリル酸塩類、カ ルボキシメチルセルロース等の水溶性合成樹脂の水溶液が使用される。
【０００９】 上記保冷容器(1) を冷凍庫に入れて該蓄冷材(4) を凍結させた上で、野菜(5) 、魚(6) 、肉(7) 等の物品を入れて蓋(3) を閉じる。該物品(5,6,7) は保冷容器 (1) の内壁(2A,3A) 全体にわたって均一に冷却される。また蓄冷袋等を入れる必 要はなく物品が傷つけられることもない。

したがって本考案においては、物品を傷つけることなく、均一に冷却保存する ことが出来る。
