It is related to. [Prior Art] Examples of this type of panel that have been conventionally used include, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-29339.
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of panel is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-shaped, and a wall formed using this panel has the appearance of a continuous mountain.
In addition, many of these types of panels have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of panel is flat (including embossed) by design, and there is no difference in level or
It had the disadvantage that it was just uneven and lacked a three-dimensional effect. In addition, among this type of panels, panels with a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but they are waterproof,
It had the disadvantage of poor workability. [Object of the Invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface portion in stages, and provides the step portion with a recessed portion having a void that strengthens the step, thereby making the dividing line even better. At least one of the slanted decorative pieces is clarified and has an appearance that closely resembles the horizontal joint portion formed when the panels are connected and the stepped portion of the decorative surface portion, and is divided into a plurality of pieces by the stepped portion of the decorative surface portion. One or more decorative ribs are provided on the surface to prevent the decorative surface from returning, twisting, or slipping, making the panel wide, and the panel can be easily constructed by one worker without requiring any skill. The present invention proposes a panel that can significantly improve the engagement force and waterproofness of the connecting portions. [Configuration of the Invention] The configuration of the panel according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, the above panel A
As shown in FIG. , including embossed plates) formed by rolls or presses, or by one type of extrusion molding, and a core material 21 is integrally filled between the surface material 1 and the back material 22 to form a sandwich structure. It is. To explain further, the surface material 1 includes an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 7 , and a female type connecting part 1.
It is composed of 5. In other words, the decorative surface portion 2 is located at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated board, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface, and inclined at an arbitrary angle with respect to the base upon which panel A is constructed. forming at least one step of stepped pieces 3;
The tip is folded inward and then outward to form a plurality of elongated shapes separated by stepped portions 5 and stepped pieces 3 formed from recessed portions 4 with a depth of about 1 to 10 mm, for example. Slanted decorative piece (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative piece) 2
It is composed of a and 2b. Note that the size of the gap 5a between the step piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b is the same as that of the surface material 1.
