Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention is an architectural panel (hereinafter simply referred to as a panel) useful for forming horizontal walls of buildings, interior and exterior walls of buildings, and even roofs. It is related to. (Prior art) Examples of this type of panel that have been used in the past include Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-29339.
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of panel is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and a wall body formed using it has the appearance of a continuous mountain. In addition, many of these types of panels have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of panel is flat (including embossing) due to its design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, which has the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. Among other panels of this type, panels with a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. (Objective of the Invention) In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner and provides the step part with a recessed part having a void that strengthens the step, thereby making the dividing line even better. In addition, the horizontal joints and the stepped portions formed when the panels are connected look very similar to each other, and the panels can be easily constructed by one worker without requiring any skill. In addition, the present invention proposes a panel in which the engaging force and waterproofness of the connecting part are greatly improved by providing a protrusion on the extension of the female connecting part. (Structure of the Invention) The structure of the panel according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, the above panel A
As shown in FIG. , including embossed plates) by roll or press, or formed by one type of extrusion molding, and are integrally filled with heat insulating material 22 into the surface material 1 and back material 23 to form a sandwich structure. be. To explain further, the surface material 1 , as shown in FIG. This is what I did. In other words, the decorative surface portion 2 is located at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated board, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface, and inclined at an arbitrary angle with respect to the base upon which panel A is constructed. At least one step piece 3
A plurality of pieces are formed by forming a step, and folding the tip inward and then outward, and dividing it by a step part 5 and a step piece 3 formed from a recessed part 4 with a depth of about 1 to 10 mm, for example. It is composed of long oblique decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b.
The size of the gap 5a is the size of the gap that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent, or it is arbitrarily formed.By clearly separating the tip of the stepped piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b, In addition to promoting the three-dimensional effect of 2 , by closely resembling the appearance of the side joints when the panels are installed, it creates a unified line on the wall, improving aesthetics and reinforcing its strength. It is. In addition, the male connecting part 6 has a groove part 7 which is recessed in parallel to the longitudinal direction at the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib 8 (in the figure, a pipe-shaped part) formed at the tip of the groove part 7. )
An insertion edge 9 formed from the above, an engagement groove 10 formed by bending the tip of the insertion edge 9 inward, an extension portion 12 in which the tip edge 11 of the engagement groove 10 projects outward, and an extension portion 12 in the middle of the extension portion 12. It is formed from a protrusion 13 provided and a flap-like tongue piece 14 provided at the tip of the extension portion 12. To explain further, when panel A is installed, the protrusions 13 bite into the back surface of the heat insulating material 22 of the upper panel A, as shown in FIG. 3, improving the waterproofness of the connection part and promoting the engagement force. It is something to do.
The female connecting part 15 has a side wall 16 bent inward at the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 , a slide piece 17 bent further inward at the tip of the side wall 16, and the tip of the slide piece 17 bent outward. The insertion piece 18 is formed from a fitting groove 19 formed with a U-shaped cross section and a tongue piece 20 with the tip of the insertion piece 18 bent inward. It is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when fitting into the engagement groove 19, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. Note that the dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows. That is, as shown in FIG.
The height from a to the base line A when panel A is constructed is h 1 , h 2 , the height of the step piece 3 and the side wall 16 is h 3 ,
h 4 , the angles of the step piece 3 and the side wall 16 with respect to the base line A are θ 1 and θ 2 , the decorative pieces 2a, 2b and the step piece 3, the side wall 1
Let θ 3 and θ 4 be the angles with _ _ _ _ 3 = θ 4 , or θ 3 ≒ θ 4 . Further, θ 1 and θ 2 may be arbitrary angles, for example, about 45 to 110 degrees. The above relationship is panel A
This is to ensure that the stepped portion 5 and the cross-grained portion have almost the same appearance when constructed on the frame α as shown in Figure 3, and the wall formed by panel A has a uniform horizontal line. This is to improve facial beauty and create a three-dimensional effect more clearly. In addition, the gutter-shaped portion 21 connects the decorative surface portion 2 with the male and female connecting portions 6 ,
15, and is for filling the heat insulating material 22. The heat insulating material 22 is filled in at least the gutter-like portion 21 to impart heat insulating properties to the panel A, and is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability.
Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., which is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It consists of seeds. In addition, when using a molded body, the heat insulating material 22, the surface material 1 , and the back material 2 are used.
3 requires adhesive (not shown). To explain further, synthetic resin foam is mainly used as the heat insulating material 22, such as polyurethane foam resin,
Resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons.
It consists of things with added seeds or more.
The back surface material 23 covers at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 22, and the panel A is covered with the surface material 1 and the heat insulating material 2.
2 and a sanderch structure strengthens the mechanical strength of panel A itself, and also allows for noncombustible sheets, waterproof membranes, heat shielding sheets, water absorbing sheets, soundproof sheets, release sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc. It functions as one member. Examples of materials include asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb,
Fe), synthetic resin sheet, cloth sheet, rubber sheet,
One type of glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these types, a sheet of this type treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc., or one type of metal plate as described above. be. (Example of Construction) Now, it is assumed that the panel A shown in FIG. 1 is horizontally stretched as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, panels A 1 and A 2 are formed as shown in Fig. 2a using a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate as the surface material 1 , and aluminum kraft paper is used as the back material 23.
The heat insulating material 22 discharges raw material for polyisocyanurate foam between the surface material 1 and the back material 23, reacts,
It is foamed, then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nailing piece 12 of the n-th panel A 1 is attached to the wall base α consisting of the main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) through the nails β. and fix it. Next, fit the fitting groove 19 of the female connecting portion 15 of the n+1-th panel A 2 into the insertion edge 9 of the male connecting portion 6 of the panel A 1 ,
This forms horizontal joints as shown in FIG.
In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. The wall body formed in this way has excellent waterproofness at the horizontal joints, and the horizontal joints and the stepped portions 5
Since they look very similar to each other, they create uniform horizontal lines and are aesthetically pleasing. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown). Also, when panel A is used as a roofing material, it is possible to form a stepped roof through the above steps. (Other Embodiments) What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a, b to 8a to 8l. That is, FIGS. 4a and 4b show other embodiments of the male connector 6 ,
Figure a shows the upper edge 10a of the engagement groove 10 with respect to the extension part 12.
The male connecting portion 6 ,b is formed to have an angle θ5 .
In the figure, the bottom surface 7a of the recess 7 is connected to the upper edge 10a.
The male connecting portion 6 is formed parallel to the . 5a to 5g show examples of the step portion 5, and FIGS. 5a and 5b show the lower end of the step piece 3 and the upper edge 4 of the recessed portion 4.
The corner formed by a or the decorative piece 2a
and a step portion 5, c~ in which a chamfered surface 5b for reinforcing the step is formed at the corner formed by the upper end of the step piece 3.
Figure g shows a stepped portion 5 in which a recessed portion 4 is formed as shown in the figure. 6A to 6H show examples of the female type connecting portion 15, and FIG. 6A shows a groove 17a formed in the middle of the slide piece 17 in parallel with the longitudinal direction, or a rib (not shown) is formed to make it waterproof. A female connecting portion 15 designed to strengthen the engagement force, Figure b shows a female connecting part 15 with a groove 18a similar to that in A in the insertion piece 18, Figures C and D show the innermost part of the fitting groove 19. The female piece connecting portion 15 , e and f are formed as shown in the figure, and the corners formed by the tip of the side wall 16 and the slide piece 17 are formed as shown in the figure, and the female piece connecting portion 15 is formed as shown in the figure to strengthen waterproofness and step height. Figure G shows a female connector 15 formed by tilting the slide piece 17 at an angle θ 6 with the side wall 16, and Figure H shows a female connector 15 formed by bending the tongue piece 20 inward. be. In addition, Fig. 4 a-b to Fig. 6 a-
In h, the plate thickness of the surface material 1 is omitted. FIGS. 7a and 7b show the surface material 1 in which ribs 24 are formed on the decorative surface portion 2 , and FIG. , 2b is a surface material 1 having ribs 24b formed thereon. FIG. b shows a surface material 1 in which ribs 24c as shown are formed on the decorative piece 2a, the stepped piece 3, the decorative piece 2b and the side wall 16 (not shown). Also the 8th
Figures a-l are other examples of panel A, a
The figure shows panel A in which both ends of the backing material 23 or one end (not shown) is held between the tongues 14 and 20, the figures b to e show panel A in which the caulking material 25 is placed at the position indicated by hatching, and the figure f shows the backing material. Panels A and g whose one end of 23 protrudes from the side edge of the extension part 12 by ΔW
The figure shows panel A in which the heat insulating material 22 is divided into two types (same and different), the h figure shows panel A in which two steps 5 are formed, and the i figure shows the back side of the heat insulating material 22 at an angle of θ 7 from approximately the center. The folded panels A and J are panels in which the heat insulating material 22 is placed on the back side of the extension 12, and the panels A and K are the panels in which the insulation material 22 is placed on the back side of the extension 12. This is Panel A, which extends to the back side of the . Although not shown, a panel A in which the back material 23 is not attached to the back surface of the heat insulating material 22 can also be formed. Of course, the surface material 1 may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 7. (Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the panel according to the present invention,
Since at least one stepped portion is formed in the decorative surface portion, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like. By providing a recess with a void in the step, the step becomes clear, and the horizontal joint and step look very similar, creating a unified horizontal line on the wall, giving it a three-dimensional feel and aesthetic appeal. An excellent wall can be constructed. Since the male and female connecting parts have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, 1
It can be easily installed by humans, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof.
The protrusion provided on the extension improves engagement force and waterproofness. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. The core material of the panel is filled with insulation material, so it has excellent insulation properties.
Because the surface material is wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
