Claims (9)
- 1.式:R−M(1)(ここで、Mはアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属から 選択される金属を表し、Rは2〜6個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または側鎖を有す るアルキル基、アリール基またはアリールアルキル基を表す)で表される開始剤 を少なくとも1つ含むアクリレートのイオン重合、必要な場合には、これにさら にビニルコモノマーを重合するための開始系において、式:R1OM1(ここで 、R1は1〜6個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または側鎖を有するアルキル基、アリ ール基またはアリールアルキル基を表し、M1はアルカリ金属を表すが、M1が リチウムの場合にはR1はアリールまたはアリールアルキル基を表す)のアルカ リ金属アルコラートを少なくとも1種類含むことを特徴とする開始系。
- 2.アルコラート/開始剤のモル比が0.3〜25である請求項1に記載の開始 系。
- 3.第1、第2または第3アルキルアクリレートまたはメタクリルモノマー、必 要な場合にはさらにビニルコモノマーを重合する方法において、 請求項1または2に記載の開始系の存在下に重合を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 4.重合を−80℃〜+60℃で行う請求項3に記載の方法。
- 5.少なくとも1種類の溶媒の存在下で重合を行う請求項3または4に記載の方 法。
- 6.溶媒かテトラヒドロフランである請求項5に記載の方法。
- 7.溶媒がトルエンである請求項5に記載の方法。
- 8.数平均分子量が2,000〜200,000で、多分散度指数が1.2〜3 .5である第1アルキルアクリレートブロックで構成される重合体。
- 9.構造:A−B(ここで、Aはメタクリレートモノマー、第2または第3アル キルアクリレートまたは芳香族ビニルモノマーの繰り返し単位を表し、Bは第1 アルキルアクリレートの繰り返し単位を表す)のジブロック共重合体であって、 繰り返し単位Aの数平均分子量は2,000〜300,000であり、繰り返し 単位Bの数平均分子量は2,000〜200,000であり、ジブロック共重合 体の多分散度指数は1.2〜2.2であるジブロック共重合体。
