Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 1.炭酸カルシウム阻害量のポリアスパラギン酸(>50%β、<50%a)に よって水性系を処理する段階から成り、該ポリアスパラギン酸が、1000〜5 000の範囲の重量平均分子量を有し且つ0.05ppmの阻害剤試験濃度に基 づいて少なくとも150分間の炭酸カルシウム活性試験潜伏期を有することを特 徴とする水性系中の炭酸カルシウムの沈殿阻害方法。
- 2.ポリアスパラギン酸を製造するために、(a)粉末状L−アスパラギン酸を 370°F以上に加熱して縮合反応を開始させ、次いで、 (b)反応混合物の温度を420°F以上に上昇させ、(c)ポリスクシンイミ ドヘの80%以上の変換が生じるまで少なくとも420°Fの温度を維持し、( d)ポリスクシンイミドを加水分解することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法 。
- 3.ポリアスパラギン酸が65%〜80%のβ及び20%〜35%のaから成り 、1000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。 3.ポリアスパラギン酸が70%〜80%のβ及び20%〜30%のaから成り 、3000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。
- 4.ポリアスパラギン酸が70%〜75%のβ及び25%〜30%のaから成り 、3000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。
- 5.>50%のβと<50%のaとから成り、1000〜5000の範囲内の重 量平均分子量を有することを特徴とするポリアスパラギン酸組成物。
- 6.ポリアスパラギン酸が65%〜80%のβと20%〜35%のaとから成る ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポリアスパラギン酸。
- 7.ポリアスパラギン酸が70%〜80%のβと20%〜30%のaとから成り 、3000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求 項5に記載のポリアスパラギン酸。
- 8.ポリアスパラギン酸が70%〜75%のβと25%〜30%のaとから成り 、3000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求 項5に記載のポリアスパラギン酸。
- 9.リン酸カルシウム阻害量のポリアスパラギン酸(>50%β、<50%a) によって水性系を処理する段階から成り、該ポリアスパラギン酸が、1000〜 5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有し且つアパタイト形成まで少なくとも7 0分間のリン酸カルシウム阻害試験時間を示すことを特徴とする水性系中のリン 酸カルシウムの沈殿阻害方法。
- 10.β−ポリアスパラギン酸を製造するために、(a)粉末状L−アスパラギ ン酸を370°F以上に加熱して縮合反応を開始させ、次いで、 (b)反応混合物の温度を420°F以上に上昇させ、(c)ポリスクシンイミ ドヘの80%以上の変換が生じるまで少なくとも420°Fの温度を維持し、( d)ポリスクシンイミドを加水分解することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法 。
- 11.ポリアスパラギン酸が65%〜80%のβ及び20%〜35%のaから成 り、1000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請 求項9に記載の方法。
- 12.ポリアスパラギン酸が70%〜80%のβ及び20%〜30%のaから成 り、3000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請 求項9に記載の方法。
- 13.ポリアスパラギン酸が70%〜75%のβ及び25%〜30%のaから成 り、3000〜5000の範囲内の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。
