Claims (6)
- 1.バイオセンシング電極がコネクタに正しく挿入された時に一対の離隔する接 点と接触し、前記バイオセンシング電極に電位を与える回路であって、 一対の入力端子と出力端子とを有し、一方の入力端子が励起電位に接続する演算 増幅手段と、 前記演算増幅手段と前記接点の第1接点との間に結合され、内部インピーダンス を有するスイッチ手段と、前記接点の第2接点と前記演算増幅手段の他方の入力 端子との間に接続され、前記第2接点での電位を前記他方の入力端子に帰還する 帰還回路手段と、 を含み、 前記演算増幅手段の出力は、前記スイッチ手段を通過する際の電位降下を補償す るとともに前記励起電位に対して所定の関係を有する電位を前記第1接点に与え るレベルに維持されることを特徴とする回路。
- 2.前記離隔した接点間の高インピーダンスが前記帰還回路手段での帰還電位に 変化をもたらす回路であって、前記変化した帰還電位の存在を表示して前記回路 に関する誤作動を示すために前記帰還回路手段に接続された信号手段を含むこと を特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 3.前記信号手段が、 供給電圧と、 前記供給電圧に接続された高インピーダンスと、前記高インピーダンスを前記帰 還回路手段に接続するスイッチ手段と、 前記供給電圧に近い数値を有する前記スイッチ手段での電位に反応して障害状態 を示し、前記第1および第2接点間に高インピーダンスが存在することを示す検 出手段と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の回路。
- 4.前記演算増幅手段は反転入力端子および非反転入力端子を備え、前記帰還回 路手段は前記第2接点と前記反転入力端子との間に直接接続されていることを特 徴とする請求項3記載の回路。
- 5.前記電極は、2電極差込み型テストセルの一方の電極からなり、電流検出器 が前記差込み型テストセルの他方の電極に接続されていることを特徴とする請求 項4記載の回路。
- 6.前記差込み型テストセルは、前記電極に接続するとともに分析対象物が存在 するときにそれらの間に電流を流すことができる反応域を含むことを特徴とする 請求項5記載の回路。
