Claims (8)
- 1.A)ポリエステル樹脂またはポリエステルイミド樹脂またはイソシアネート 基が完全に封鎖されているイソシアネート成分とヒドロキシル基含有ポリエステ ルのおよび B)式(I) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)[式中Rは水素または脂肪族または環 状脂肪族または芳香族またはアルキル芳香族基を表わす]で示されるアルキレン カーボネートを含有する線用エナメルにおいて、もう1つの溶剤(C)として芳 香族および/または脂肪族炭化水素を含有し、その際クレゾール性またはフェノ ール性溶剤は除外されていることを特徴とする線用エナメル。
- 2.溶剤として、a)式(I)で示される環状アルキレンカーボネートを、溶剤 の全重量に対して95〜70重量%、望ましくは90〜80重量%含有し、b) 芳香族および/または脂肪族炭化水素を溶剤の全重量に対して5〜30重量%、 望ましくは10〜20重量%含有する混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項 1記載の線用エナメル。
- 3.式(I)で示される環状アルキレンカーボネートとして、エチレンカーボネ ート、プロピレンカーボネートおよび/またはイソブチレンカーボネートを使用 することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の線用エナメル。
- 4.もう1つの溶剤(C)が100〜200℃の沸点を有することを特徴とする 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の線用エナメル。
- 5.もう1つの溶剤(C)として、芳香族炭化水素または少なくとも90質量% の芳香族炭化水素含量を有する種々の炭化水素の混合物を使用することを特徴と する請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の線用エナメル。
- 6.成分Aとして 1)1種または数種のポリエステル樹脂を、線用エナメルの全重量に対して15 〜55重量%、望ましくは40〜50重量%、または 2)1種または数種のポリエステルイミド樹脂を、線用エナメルの全重量に対し て15〜60重量%、望ましくは30〜50重量%、または 3)1種または数種の、ヒドロキシル基含有ポリエステルおよび遊離イソシアネ ート基が完全に封鎖されている1種または数種のイソシアネート成分を、線用エ ナメルの全重量に対して18〜40重量%、望ましくは25〜35重量%含有す ることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の線用エナメル。
- 7.成分Aとして、トリスヒドロキシエチルイソシアヌレート含有ポリエステル イミドを含有することを特徴とする線用エナメル。
- 8.差当り線用エナメルを線表面に適用し、引き続き焼付ける線の連続的塗装方 法において、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の線用エナメルを使用する ことを特徴とする線の連続的塗装方法。
