干渉することを防止することができ、先端触れを無くす
ことができる電気コネクタ構造を提供することにある。 【構成】 ハウジング１の相手コネクタ嵌合凹部２の底
部に設けられてプレスフイットピン５が圧入される端子
孔３に、プレスフイットピン５の端子孔３への圧入時
に、プレスフイットピン５の接触ピン部７と端子孔３と
の干渉を無くす端子孔３の径より大きな逃げ部１０を形
成した。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は電子機器などに使用される電気コネクタ構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の電気コネクタ構造にあっては、図１に示すようにハウジング１の相手コ ネクタ嵌合凹部２の底部には端子孔３が形成してあり、また、端子板４には雄端 子であるプレスフイットピン５が貫通状態で取り付けてあり、このプレスフイッ トピン５はコンプライアント部６と接触ピン部７とを備えている。また、基板８ にはピン孔９が設けてある。
【０００３】 そして、端子板４に取り付けられたプレスフイットピン５を基板８のピン孔９ に圧入した後、このプレスフイットピン５をハウジング１の端子孔３に圧入して 電気コネクタが構成されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来例にあっては、プレスフイットピン５をハウジング１の端 子孔３に圧入する際、端子孔３と接触側ピン部７がピッチずれなどの要因で互い に干渉すると、コンプライアント部６に比して接触ピン部７の強度が弱いため先 端触れを生じるという問題点があった。
【０００５】 本考案は上記の問題点を解消するものであり、その目的とするところは、プレ スフイットピンの端子孔への圧入時に、端子孔と接触側ピン部がピッチずれなど の要因で互いに干渉することを防止することができ、先端触れを無くすことがで きる電気コネクタ構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、本考案は、ハウジングの相手コネクタ嵌合凹部 の底部に設けられてプレスフイットピンが圧入される端子孔に、プレスフイット ピンの端子孔への圧入時に、プレスフイットピンの接触ピン部と端子孔との干渉 を無くす端子孔の径より大きな逃げ部を形成したことを特徴とする。

【作用】
かかる構成により、プレスフイットピンの端子孔への圧入時に、端子孔と接触 側ピン部がピッチずれなどの要因で互いに干渉することを防止することができ、 先端触れを無くすことができる。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の実施例を図１に基づいて説明する。図１は本考案に係わる電気 コネクタ構造の一部分の断面図である。なお、従来例を説明した図２中のものと 同一の、または対応する部分についてはそれぞれ同一の符号を付す。
【０００９】 図１に示すようにハウジング１の相手コネクタ嵌合凹部２の底部には端子孔３ が形成してあり、この端子孔３には、この端子孔３と同心で、これより大径の逃 げ部１０が形成してある。
【００１０】 また、端子板４には雄端子であるプレスフイットピン５が貫通状態で取り付け てあり、このプレスフイットピン５はコンプライアント部６と接触ピン部７とを 備えている。また、基板８にはピン孔９が設けてある。
【００１１】 そして、端子板４に取り付けられたプレスフイットピン５を基板８のピン孔９ に圧入した後、このプレスフイットピン５をハウジング１の端子孔３に圧入して 電気コネクタが構成されている。
【００１２】 このように、端子板４に取り付けられたプレスフイットピン５を基板８のピン 孔９に圧入した後、このプレスフイットピン５をハウジング１の端子孔３に圧入 した際、逃げ部１０があるために接触ピン部７が端子孔３の上部に干渉すること がない。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように、本考案は、ハウジングの相手コネクタ嵌合凹部の底部に 設けられてプレスフイットピンが圧入される端子孔に、プレスフイットピンの端 子孔への圧入時に、プレスフイットピンの接触ピン部と端子孔との干渉を無くす 端子孔の径より大きな逃げ部を形成したから、プレスフイットピンの端子孔への 圧入時に、端子孔と接触側ピン部がピッチずれなどの要因で互いに干渉すること を防止することができ、先端触れを無くすことができる。

    子孔の径より大きな逃げ部を形成したことを特徴とする
    電気コネクタ構造。
