料として好ましいと認識されている。しかしなが
ら、この化粧料等としてリン脂質を使用する場
合、経時及び温度安定性に難点があり、従来、あ
まり利用されていなかつた。

そこで、本発明者らは、リン脂質を用いて、し
かも安定性の良好な皮膚外用基剤を見出すべく、
種々検討した結果、脂肪酸エステルとポリオキシ
エチレン脂肪酸エステルを併用すれば、この目的
が達成され、皮膚への感触もすぐれた皮膚外用基
剤が得られることを見出し、本発明に到達した。
かも安定性の良好な皮膚外用基剤を見出すべく、
種々検討した結果、脂肪酸エステルとポリオキシ
エチレン脂肪酸エステルを併用すれば、この目的
が達成され、皮膚への感触もすぐれた皮膚外用基
剤が得られることを見出し、本発明に到達した。
すなわち本発明の要旨は、リン脂質0.05〜20重
量％、脂肪酸エステル0.02〜10重量％及びポリオ
キシエチレン脂肪酸エステル0.01〜５重量％を含
有してなることを特徴とする皮膚外用基剤に存す
る。

以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
まず、本発明基剤に含有されるリン脂質として
は、例えば、ホスフアチジルコリン（レシチン）、
ホスフアチジルエタノールアミン（ケフリン）、
ホスフアチジルセリン、ホスフアチジルイソシト
ール、ホスフアチジン等を挙げることができる。
もちろん、これらの二種以上の混合物も使用する
ことができるが、リン脂質中のホスフアチジルコ
リンの含量が10〜40％程度である場合が最も好ま
しい。
は、例えば、ホスフアチジルコリン（レシチン）、
ホスフアチジルエタノールアミン（ケフリン）、
ホスフアチジルセリン、ホスフアチジルイソシト
ール、ホスフアチジン等を挙げることができる。
もちろん、これらの二種以上の混合物も使用する
ことができるが、リン脂質中のホスフアチジルコ
リンの含量が10〜40％程度である場合が最も好ま
しい。
実用上は、リン脂質としては、大豆リン脂質、
卵黄リン脂質を使用するのが有利である。使用す
るリン脂質の量は、目的とする外用剤の種類によ
つて異なるが、全組成の重量に対して、0.05〜20
重量％であり、好ましくは0.2〜６重量％である。

本発明において、上記リン脂質とともに使用さ
れる脂肪酸エステルとしては、高級脂肪酸と一価
の高級アルコールとの脂肪酸エステルが挙げられ
る。上記脂肪酸としては、C8〜26好ましくは
C12〜18程度が挙げられ炭素数が８より小さいと、
主に皮膚への刺激性の点から、一方26より大きい
と皮膚への感触の点から好ましくない。

ミリスチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、
オクチルドデシルアルコール、ヘキサデシルアル
コール、セチルアルコール等が挙げられる。この
うち、低凝固点・高沸点であり空気中で安定であ
るの点から、鎖状よりも分岐したものが好まし
く、例えばヘキサデシルアルコール、オクチルド
デシルアルコール等が挙げられる。

うち、低凝固点・高沸点であり空気中で安定であ
るの点から、鎖状よりも分岐したものが好まし
く、例えばヘキサデシルアルコール、オクチルド
デシルアルコール等が挙げられる。

ン酸オクチルドデシル、オレイン酸オクチルドデ
シル、ジメチルオクタン酸ヘキシルデシル等が好
適に使用される。

次に、本発明において使用されるポリオキシエ
チレン脂肪酸エステルとしては、通常、モノエス
テルであり、脂肪酸としてはC8〜26、好ましくは
C12〜18程度のものから選ばれる。例えば、ラウリ
ン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸
等が挙げられる。そして、酸化エチレンの附加モ
ル数が20〜60、好ましくは40〜55のものが好適に
使用される。ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル
としては、ポリオキシエチレンモノオレエート、
ポリオキシエチレンモノステアレート等が好適に
使用される。脂肪酸エステルの使用量は、全組成
の重量に対して、0.02〜10重量％、ポリオキシエ
チレン脂肪酸エステルは、0.01〜５重量％から選
択される。

ル数が20〜60、好ましくは40〜55のものが好適に
使用される。ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル
としては、ポリオキシエチレンモノオレエート、
ポリオキシエチレンモノステアレート等が好適に
使用される。脂肪酸エステルの使用量は、全組成
の重量に対して、0.02〜10重量％、ポリオキシエ
チレン脂肪酸エステルは、0.01〜５重量％から選
択される。
本発明に係る皮膚外用基剤は、上記リン脂質等
の３成分を含有するが、目的に応じて、溶液、コ
ロイド溶液、乳化ローシヨン、Ｏ／Ｗクリーム
（親水クリーム）、水性ゲルのような水相が連続相
をなす水性混合物、あるいはＷ／Ｏクリーム、溶
液等の油性混合物、等を得るために、常法により
他の各種成分を配合することができる。これらの
成分としては、油脂成分、乳化剤、分散剤、ゲル
化剤、キレート剤、香料、ビタミン類、アラント
イン等の抗炎症剤、尿素等の保湿剤、等の化粧品
類、又は医薬用外用剤に通常使用されるものが適
宜用いられる。

他の各種成分を配合することができる。これらの
成分としては、油脂成分、乳化剤、分散剤、ゲル
化剤、キレート剤、香料、ビタミン類、アラント
イン等の抗炎症剤、尿素等の保湿剤、等の化粧品
類、又は医薬用外用剤に通常使用されるものが適
宜用いられる。
本発明の皮膚外用基剤は、例えば各種クリー
ム、ローシヨン、シヤンプー、石けん等の化粧
料、又は軟膏、クリーム等の医薬外用剤の製造に
好適であり、経時的及び温度安定性にすぐれ、着
色等の変化も問題がなく、皮膚への感触も良好な
皮膚外用剤をもたらすことができる。

以下、実施例により、本発明をさらに詳細に説
明するが、本発明はその要旨を超えない限り、こ
れらの実施例に限定されない。

実施例 １
（スキンクリーム）
(A)大豆リン脂質 20重量％
ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル 1.5
ポリオキシエチレン（40）モノステアレート
1.8 ステアリルアルコール 1.5 セチルアルコール 4.0 スクワラン 4.0 ブチルパラベン 0.1 ブチルヒドロキシトルエン 0.05 (B)１，３−ブチレングリコール 5.0 メチルパラゾン 0.1 苛性カリ（10％） ３ ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム 0.1 精製水 75.75 (C)エタノール 1.0 香 料 0.1 上記配合処方によりスキンクリームを製造す
る。成分(A)を80℃、成分(B)を81〜82℃に加熱し均
一に溶解する。溶解したら成分(A)を撹拌しながら
成分(B)を成分(A)に加え撹拌乳化する。加え終つた
ら撹拌冷却を続け、60〜65℃で成分(C)を加え、30
℃で撹拌を止め放置後容器に充てんする。得られ
た製品を40℃恒温槽にて３ケ月保存したところ、
外観及び皮膚への感触面に何の変化も生じず、化
粧料として好適に使用できた。
1.8 ステアリルアルコール 1.5 セチルアルコール 4.0 スクワラン 4.0 ブチルパラベン 0.1 ブチルヒドロキシトルエン 0.05 (B)１，３−ブチレングリコール 5.0 メチルパラゾン 0.1 苛性カリ（10％） ３ ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム 0.1 精製水 75.75 (C)エタノール 1.0 香 料 0.1 上記配合処方によりスキンクリームを製造す
る。成分(A)を80℃、成分(B)を81〜82℃に加熱し均
一に溶解する。溶解したら成分(A)を撹拌しながら
成分(B)を成分(A)に加え撹拌乳化する。加え終つた
ら撹拌冷却を続け、60〜65℃で成分(C)を加え、30
℃で撹拌を止め放置後容器に充てんする。得られ
た製品を40℃恒温槽にて３ケ月保存したところ、
外観及び皮膚への感触面に何の変化も生じず、化
粧料として好適に使用できた。
実施例 ２
（薬用スキンクリーム）
(A)卵黄油 0.5重量％
オレイン酸オクチルドデシル 2.0
流動パラフイン（#70） 5.0
グリセリンモノステアレート 7.0
白色ワセリン 10.0
ステアリン酸 8.0
ポリオキシエチレン（45）モノステアレート
1.2 DL−α−トコフエロール 0.02 アラントイン 0.01 ブチルパラベン 0.1重量％ ブチルヒドロキシトルエン 0.05 (B)メチルパラベン 0.1 苛性カリ（10％水溶液） 5.0 精製水 60.92 (C) 香 料 0.1 上記の配合処方により、実施例１と同様にして薬
用スキンクリームを製造した。この製品を、40℃
恒温槽で３ケ月保存したところ、品質は安定で、
何の変化も生じておらず、薬用クリームとして良
好な品質を有していた。
1.2 DL−α−トコフエロール 0.02 アラントイン 0.01 ブチルパラベン 0.1重量％ ブチルヒドロキシトルエン 0.05 (B)メチルパラベン 0.1 苛性カリ（10％水溶液） 5.0 精製水 60.92 (C) 香 料 0.1 上記の配合処方により、実施例１と同様にして薬
用スキンクリームを製造した。この製品を、40℃
恒温槽で３ケ月保存したところ、品質は安定で、
何の変化も生じておらず、薬用クリームとして良
好な品質を有していた。
実施例 ３
（スキンローシヨン）
(A) 大豆リン脂質 6.0重量％
ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル 2.0
ポリオキシエチレン（40）モノステアレート
1.0 セチルアルコール 1.3 流動パラフイン（#70） 1.0 ブチルパラベン 0.1 ブチルヒドロキシトルエン 0.05 (B) ソルビトール液（70％水溶液） 7.0 ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース（１％水溶液）
30.0重量％ メチルパラベン 0.1 精製水 44.35 (C) エタノール 7.0 香 料 0.1 上記処方により実施例１と同様にして、スキ
ンローシヨンを得たが、この製品は所期の効果
を奏するものであつた。
1.0 セチルアルコール 1.3 流動パラフイン（#70） 1.0 ブチルパラベン 0.1 ブチルヒドロキシトルエン 0.05 (B) ソルビトール液（70％水溶液） 7.0 ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース（１％水溶液）
30.0重量％ メチルパラベン 0.1 精製水 44.35 (C) エタノール 7.0 香 料 0.1 上記処方により実施例１と同様にして、スキ
ンローシヨンを得たが、この製品は所期の効果
を奏するものであつた。
Claims (1)
- １ リン脂質0.05〜20重量％、脂肪酸エステル
0.02〜10重量％及びポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エ
ステル0.01〜５重量％を含有してなることを特徴
とする皮膚外用基剤。
