Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本発明はにぎり部分、工具ハウジングに固
定する取付装置およびにぎり部分と取付装置を連結する
弾性的振動防止部材を有する振動防止動力工具ハンドル
に関する。本発明が解決しようとする基本的課題は、研
磨機械のような動力工具に発生する危険な振動から作業
者を保護する方法である。従来この課題を解決するため
多くの試みがなされたが、それらの大部分はある種の振
動防止弾性要素備えたハンドルを含んでいた。これらの
公知のハンドルの大部分は満足すべき振動防止を達成す
るにぎり装置を提供した。しかしながら、それらは優れ
た振動防止機能と安全かつ快適な工具の取扱いおよびコ
ンパクトな構造とを併せもつことはできなかった。本発
明の目的は優れた振動防止機能ばかりでなく工具の安全
かつ快適な処理を達成するとともにハンドルの長さを長
くすることのない動力工具ハンドルを創造することにあ
る。
【０００２】以下、本発明の好ましい実施例を図面を参
照して説明する。図面に示すハンドルはたとえば、空気
式または電気式の、回転研磨機械に使用するのに適し、
にぎり部分１０、取付装置１１および振動防止ばね要素
１２を有する。にぎり部分１０は剛性内管１４およびた
とえばゴム製の外側弾性にぎりスリーブ１５を有する。
その端部に、内管１４は鐘形ソケツト１６を有し、その
反対側端部に慣性要素１８のステム部分１７をうけ入れ
ている。慣性要素１８の目的はハンドルの共振振動数を
下げることである。振動防止ばね要素１２はいくぶん円
錐状の鋼製円板または膜を有し、この円板または膜はそ
の周辺によつて鐘形ソケツト１６の円周溝２０にスナツ
プ止めされる。鋼製膜１２は中央開口１９を形成されそ
こを取付装置１１が貫通している。取付装置１１は内部
に六角形ヘツドを備えたねじ２１、段付きワツシャ２２
およびナツト２７を備えている。取付装置１１はまた工
具ハウジングに対する間隔変片として役立つ。
【０００３】膜形ばね要素１２の特徴は、それが半径方
向作用力すなわち取付端部においてハンドルの横方向に
作用する力、に対して完全に弾性的でないことである。
しかしながら、膜１２から離れたところでハンドルに加
えられる横方向力は、ハンドルに弾性的曲げ変形を生ず
る。いくぶん円錐状であるため、ばね膜１２は軸方向力
によつて余りにも簡単に変形することがなく、そのこと
はハンドルが工具の正確な制御を達成することを意味し
ている。鋼製ばね１２のばね特性および慣性要素１８の
質量は、工具の作業頻度たとえば回転速度に対して、ハ
ンドルが工具の作業振動数より十分低い共振振動数を有
するように作用する。本発明の上記実施例はその中央部
分が取付装置に連結され周辺がハンドル管に連結された
円板形鋼製膜を有するけれども、本発明はまた取付装置
が鋼製膜の周辺にハンドル管がその中央部分に連結され
た上記と反対の配置も含むことを認識すべきである。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 にぎり部分(10)、工具ハウジングに固定
    する取付装置(11)および前記にぎり部分(10)と前記取付
    装置(11)を連結する弾性的振動防止部材(12)を有する振
    動防止動力工具ハンドルにおいて、前記振動防止部材(1
    2)はほぼ円板形の板ばね要素を有し、要素はその中心で
    前記取付装置(11)および前記にぎり部分(10)の一方にま
    たその周辺で前記取付装置(11)および前記にぎり部分(1
    0)の他方に連結されたことを特徴とする振動防止動力工
    具ハンドル。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記にぎり部分(10)はほぼ円筒形で、前
    記ばね要素(12)は前記にぎり部分(10)の縦軸線に対しほ
    ぼ横方向の平面内に設置された請求項１に記載のハンド
    ル。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記取付装置(11)は前記ばね要素(12)の
    中央開口(19)を貫通するねじ(21)を有し、前記にぎり部
    分(10)は前記ばね要素(12)の外周と共働する内周溝(20)
    を形成された鐘形ソケツト部分(16)を有する請求項１ま
    たは２に記載のハンドル。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記にぎり部分(10)は管状で前記ソケツ
    ト部分(16)と一体に形成されている請求項１から３のい
    ずれか一項に記載のハンドル。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記にぎり部分(10)はその自由端にハン
    ドルの共振振動数を下げる慣性要素(18)を備えた請求項
    １から４のいずれか一項に記載ハンドル。
