くとも2つの感光デバイスを配設する工程と、 b.少なくとも2つの上記感光デバイスの出力を論理デ
バイスへ入力せしめる工程と、 c.上記論理デバイスの出力に応答して動作に対して本
質的である信号を選択的に禁止する工程と、 を含む光学装置の動作の制御方法。 - 【請求項2】 a.少なくとも2つの感光デバイスであ
って、少なくとも1つの上記感光デバイスが他の上記デ
