【目的】 本考案は、建築部内部、特に船内における火
災の延焼防止用散水装置を提供することを目的をするも
のである。 【構成】 壁の上部に設けられ壁に向けて散水する散水
部材と、壁の下部に設けられた排水部材とを具えた火災
延焼防止用散水装置。

Description
【０００１】
本考案は、建築物内部、特に船内における火災延焼防止用散水装置に関する。
【０００２】
従来は、通常延焼防止のためには消火ホースを用いて壁を冷却するか、又は固 定式スプリンクラーを用いて隣接区画に散水している。
【０００３】
消火ホースにより壁を冷却することによる延焼防止はもとより、隣接区画のス プリンクラー使用による延焼防止では、壁の冷却効果及び視界の確保等に問題が ある。

延焼防止のためには壁の冷却が重要であるので壁冷却専用の散水装置を設ける 。この散水装置には、ノズルの他、散水整流板とそれを取り付けるための切り欠 きを持つブラケット又は通常のステーを設け、冷却面に対して散水された水の一 様な流れが確保できるようにする。
【０００５】 また排水側は、必要性に応じて、スカッパのみを装備する、又はコーミングを 立てて冷却水の流出を防ぐ、あるいは塞ぎ板で通常はスカッパを隠し使用時にの み塞ぎ板を開けるように構成する。

散水ノズルから吹き出した冷却水は、散水整流板に当たり、一様に広げられ壁 の上に伝わっていく。散水整流板は、切り欠きを持つブラケットか又は通常のス テーで固定される。この切り欠きの位置及び大きさ又はステーの取り付け位置は 、ノズルからの散水の広がりを阻害しないように定められる。排水側は、床面に 冷却水が広がってもよい場合はスカッパのみを装備するが、そうでないときはコ ーミングを立てるか、塞ぎ板を持つレセスを用意する。

（第１実施例） 本考案の第１実施例を図１乃至図４について説明する。図１は、排水側にコー ミング５を立てて冷却水の床面への広がりを抑える形式の火災延焼防止装置の全 体図である。下向きに吹き出すノズル４からの冷却水は散水整流板２により一様 に広げられ、壁１を伝わってスカッパ６から排水される。壁が極めて高温の場合 は蒸気が発生することが考えられるが、排煙口１４を図の位置付近に装備するこ とにより排出できる。図２，４は散水整流板２の拡大図で、これは一定の曲率で 曲がった板の下端にわずかな直線部を持つもので、その末端は壁１と平行になる か、又は壁１に向かって尖った形に処理されている。散水整流板２は、一定の間 隔でノズル挿入口８を持ち、図３で示すような切り欠きを持つブラケット７又は 梁状にステーで壁１に固定されている。したがってこの散水整流板２は、ブラケ ット７又はステーに取り付けるためのボルト等を外せば、パイプ３を外さずに取 り外すことができる。
【０００８】 （第２実施例） 図５，図６に示した第２実施例は、スカッパ６の部分を通常は隠しておきたい 場合の排水装置で、散水時には塞ぎ板１２を開いてヒンジ１０により回転させ一 端を弾性シール材１１の間に差し込むことにより、塞ぎ板１２はコーミングの働 きもする。塞ぎ板１２は、壁１とほぼ同長の長板で長板を支持するため、回転式 ヒンジ１０は適所に複数設ける。又、弾性シール材１１も塞ぎ板１２と同様連続 して設けている。浅い溝１５は壁１前面に壁の端から端まで設け、塞ぎ板１２は 閉時に於いて同様の高さとなる。

本考案による火災延焼防止用散水装置は、壁の上部に設けられ壁に向けて散水 する散水部材と、壁の下部に設けられた排水部材とを具えたことにより、次の効 果を有する。 延焼防止に重要な壁の冷却が容易．適切に行える。スプリンクラー装置とは異 なり、視界を妨げることはない。
