Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔考案の技術分野〕 この考案はブラシホルダの防水及びブラシのリ
ード線の断線防止に関するものである。
〔従来技術〕
従来この種のブラシホルダはブラシのリード線
を通す穴から浸入する塩水泥水等でブラシが固着
され摺動不良に至る不具合が有つた。また併せて
外部から加わる振動によりブラシのリード線が共
振して断線に至る不具合が有つた。
この種の従来構造を第１図と第２図により詳述
する。
第１図と第２図において、１１はブラシホル
ダ、１２はそのブラシBOX、１３はブラシのリ
ード線を通す穴、１４はこの穴の形成部の外側に
突出して設けられブラシのリード線を接続する端
子、２１はブラシ、２２はそのリード線、３１は
ブラシ２１を押えるスプリング、５１はブラシ
BOX１２とブラシ２１間の微少な隙間、６１は
ブラシ２１が摺動するスリツプリングを示す。
この様に構成された従来装置においてはブラシ
のリード線を通す穴１３から塩水泥水等が浸水し
てブラシBOX１２とブラシ２１間の微少な隙間
５１に迄至り両者間が固着して摺動不良に至る不
具合が発生していた。また併せてブラシ２１のリ
ード線２２はブラシホルダ１１の接続端子１４と
の間に支持点がないので外部から加わる振動によ
り共振して断線に至る不具合も発生していた。
〔考案の概要〕
この考案は上記不具合を解消するためになされ
たもので防水性、耐振性共に改善された優れたブ
ラシホルダを提供することを目的としている。
〔考案の実施例〕
以下この考案の一実施例を第８図と第４図によ
り詳述する。
第３図と第４図において、４１はブラシ２１の
リード線２２を通す穴１３のカバーで絶縁部材か
らなる。４２はそれぞれ穴１３に固定する弾性フ
ツク部である。
１１ａは穴１３の周囲に設けられた係合部であ
る。
この考案の実施例ではブラシホルダ１１のブラ
シのリード線を通す穴１３にブラシのリード線２
２を通して接続端子１４にリード線２２を固定し
た後、リード線２２を通す穴１３にカバー４１の
弾性フツク部４２を挿入すると、この弾性フツク
部４２が係合部１１ａに弾性力で係合しカバー４
１が固定される。
それによりブラシ２１のリード線２２を通す穴
１３は塞がれ外部からブラシBOX１２内に塩水、
泥水等の異物が浸入することが防止される。また
併せてブラシ２１のリード線２２もカバー４１に
より固定され外部からの振動に対しても共振を防
止することができ防水性、耐振性共に改善するこ
とができる。
〔考案の効果〕
以上の様にこの考案のものでは、ブラシホルダ
におけるブラシのリード線を通す穴に弾性フツク
部を有する絶縁部材からなるカバーを設け、その
弾性フツク部により上記穴とリード線を覆い、上
記穴を塞ぐと共にリード線を固定支持できるの
で、ブラシの摺動不良並びにリード線の断線を確
実に防止でき、しかも、弾性フツク部によりカバ
ーを容易にブラシホルダ装着できるものである。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来構造を示す正面図、第２図はその
側面図、第３図はこの考案の一実施例を示す正面
図、第４図は第３図に示す実施例の側面図を示
す。 図中１１はブラシホルダ、１２はそのブラシ
BOX、１３はブラシのリード線を通す穴、１４
は端子、２１はブラシ、２２はそのリード線、３
１はスプリング、４１はカバー、４２は弾性フツ
ク部、５１はブラシBOXとブラシ間の微少な隙
間、６１はスリツプリングを示す。なお各図中同
一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ブラシホルダに設けられブラシのリード線を通
    す穴、この穴に設けられた係合部、上記ブラシホ
    ルダの上記穴の形成部の外側に設けられ上記リー
    ド線が接続される端子、及び上記係合部に弾性力
    で係合固定される弾性フツク部を有し、上記穴と
    上記リード線とを覆い上記リード線を支持固定す
    る絶縁部材からなるカバーを備えたブラシホル
    ダ。
