板回路機器の平面実装図、第２図は側面図、第３
図、第４図は部分拡大図及び断面図、第５図従来
のプリント基板回路機器の平面実装図、第６図は
その側面図である。１はプリント基板、２はフラ
ツトパツク型集積回路、３はフレーム結合、９は
固定具、１０はフレーム剛性部、１２はピンであ
る。なお図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)
- プリント基板回路を用いた電子機器において、
多数のリードを有するフラツトパツク型集積回路
を実装するプリント基板と、上記プリント基板の
集積回路本体部の隅に配置したスルーホール実装
ピンと、上記プリント基板に集積回路本体を接合
する結合材と、上記集積回路の周囲でプリント基
板に接合され、集積回路本体を四隅でプリント基
板に結合する固定部及び、集積回路の本体寸法に
対応した枠状の剛性部を有するフレームを備えた
ことを特徴とするプリント基板回路機器。
