Claims (1)
- 耐熱性を有する材料により形成された電子部品
の表面に回路を形成し、この回路に対して、接続
手段としてハンダ付けが好適な電子部品をハンダ
付けにより接続し、以て回路を形成した電子部品
と、この電子部品に形成した回路に取りつけた電
子部品とによりユニツトを形成したことを特徴と
するユニツト型電子部品。
