ラツトパツク型集積回路、３はフレーム結合、９
は固定具、１０はフレーム剛性部である。なお図
中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- プリント基板回路を用いた電子機器において、
多数リードを有するフラツトパツク型集積回路を
実装するプリント基板と、上記プリント基板に集
積回路本体を接合する結合材と、上記プリント基
板上の集積回路周囲に接合され、集積回路本体を
四隅でプリント基板に結合する固定部と集積回路
寸法に対応した枠状の剛性部を有するフレームを
備えたことを特徴とするプリント基板回路機器。
