図はダイヤフラムスプリングとコーンスプリング
の撓み量荷重特性を示す図、第４図は別の例のホ
ルダーを用いたプルタイプクラツチカバーアツセ
ンブリを示す縦断面部分略図、第５図は第４図の
例で用いるコーンスプリングを示す図、第６図は
従来のプルタイプクラツチカバーアツセンブリを
示す縦断面部分略図である。３……プレツシヤプ
レート、３ａ……フアルクラムランド、４……ク
ラツチカバー、５……ダイヤフラムスプリング、
６……レリーズ軸受、８，１８……コーンスプリ
ング、１０，２０……ホルダー。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイヤフラムスプリングの半径方向外側支点部
    をクラツチカバーの内面側で支持し、中間支点部
    をプレツシヤプレートのフアルクラムランドに当
    接し、内側支点部をレリーズ軸受により支持し、
    レリーズ軸受をプレツシヤプレートとは反対側の
    軸方向後方に移動させることによりクラツチを遮
    断するプルタイプクラツチにおいて、クラツチカ
    バーの内面に、ダイヤフラムスプリングの上記外
    側支点部を支持するダイヤフラムスプリング支持
    部と円板環状のコーンスプリングの外周縁を支持
    するコーンスプリング支持部とを有するホルダー
    を設け、ダイヤフラムスプリングの上記外側支点
    部をホルダーの上記ダイヤフラムスプリング支持
    部にて支持し、コーンスプリングを、その外周縁
    をホルダーの上記コーンスプリング支持部にて支
    持し、内周縁をクラツチ接続時にはダイヤフラム
    スプリングの上記中間支点部より半径方向外側の
    部分にプレツシヤプレート側から当接するよう設
    け、クラツチ接続時にはコーンスプリングにより
    ダイヤフラムスプリングをプレツシヤプレートと
    は反対側に付勢するようにしたことを特徴とする
    プルタイプクラツチカバーアツセンブリ。
