[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a novel composition for rooting rice and growing healthy seedlings. More specifically, a method for rooting and growing healthy seedlings of rice, characterized by containing one or more compounds of choline, phosphorylcholine, and salts thereof (hereinafter these compounds are referred to as cholines) and hydroxyisoxazole. This invention relates to a composition. [Prior art] Hydroxyisoxazole (Tachigaren, the trade name of Sankyo Co., Ltd.'s pesticide) has been widely used as an agent for promoting rooting and cultivating healthy seedlings in rice, but its effects have not always been sufficient. . [Problems to be solved by the invention] With the improvement of rice varieties and cultivation techniques, it has become possible to cultivate rice in cold regions. However, one of the problems with rice cultivation in cold regions is that when rice seedlings are transplanted into rice fields, it is difficult for the seedlings to take root due to the low temperature. For example, if low temperatures persist, growth may almost stop for a month after transplantation. In order to avoid this situation, methods are sometimes used to delay the transplanting of seedlings, but in this case there is a risk that the seedlings will be covered in snow before harvest. Currently, rice seedlings are generally grown in vinyl tunnels, but in this case, if management is insufficient, the seedlings may become stuffy due to high temperatures during the day and low temperatures at night.
This stuffy seedling makes mechanical transplantation extremely difficult. Hydroxyisoxazole and the like have been used as drugs to solve these problems, but their effects have not been sufficient. The present invention provides a drug that solves these problems. That is, by treating rice seedlings before transplanting with a solution of the agent of the present invention consisting of choline compounds and bidroxyisoxazole, choline compounds or hydroxyisoxazole can be used to promote rooting and prevent stuffy seedlings. It shows a high additive effect that is not seen when using each isoxazole separately, and also promotes rooting and rooting of rice after transplanting to Honda, and also has effects such as improving division. have [Means for solving the problem] The following compounds are shown as cholines which are active ingredients in the present invention. Choline or its inorganic salts such as hydrochloride, phosphate, polyphosphoric acid, sulfate, nitrate, silicate, carbonate, acetate, citrate, lactate, L(+)
Indicates organic acid salts such as tartrates, phosphorylcholine, choline chloride, phosphorylcholine chloride sodium salt, phosphorylcholine chloride calcium salt, etc. The composition of the present invention containing these cholines and hydroxyisoxazole can be formulated into any conventionally known dosage forms such as powder, aqueous solution, aqueous or oily suspension. The amount of the present invention agent to be used varies depending on the rice variety, the growth stage of the rice, the method or timing of use, etc., but in general, an aqueous solution is applied to the roots of the rice seedlings before transplanting, preferably at least 15 days before transplanting. The method of irrigation is adopted. In this case, the ratio of choline to hydroxyisoxazole is 1:2 to 1:100 as an active ingredient ratio.
and preferably 1:5 to 1:50. In addition, the amount to be used is preferably 5 to 100 mg for choline and 200 to 500 mg for hydroxyisoxazole, expressed as the amount per 60 x 30 x 3 cm seedling box. Further, in the method of using the present invention, an aqueous solution is generally used, but it is also possible to use it by mixing with liquid fertilizer, insecticide, fungicide, etc. Next, the physical properties of cholines are shown. Compound Physical choline 50wt% Specific gravity 1.082 (25℃) Strongly alkaline choline chloride
70wt% aqueous solution, specific gravity 1.095 (25℃) PH7.0 Choline phosphate m.p200~205℃ Choline bitartrate (tartrate) m.p149~153℃ Choline dihydrogen citrate (citrate)
m.p105-107.5℃ Phosphorylcholine chloride calcium salt 270℃ Browning [Action and effect of the invention] Rooting of rice seedlings after transplanting to Honda is increased by treating rice seedlings before transplanting with an aqueous solution of the present agent. The adhesion is promoted and the separation becomes good, and it is possible to exhibit excellent effects especially at low temperatures. Furthermore, it is possible to significantly increase the effect of preventing stuffy seedlings. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Example 1 Paddy rice seeds (Koshihikari) sterilized with Benlate T (200 times solution) were germinated in a thermostat at 32°C. Two days later, the seeds were sown in seedling boxes (30 x 60 x 3 cm) filled with artificial bed soil and left for 2 days. After germination, 500 ml of Daconil (1000x solution) was administered and kept in a plastic greenhouse. Five days after transplantation, each drug was diluted with 500 ml of water.
Each box was irrigated. 35 days after sowing, the seedlings were taken, the roots cut off, and grown hydroponically in a 100ml beaker.
An investigation was conducted a day later. The results are shown in Table 1. Example 2 Paddy rice seeds (Koshihikari) sterilized with Benlate T (200 times solution) were germinated in a thermostat at 32°C. 100g/box of dried paddy was sown in seedling boxes (30x60x3cm) filled with air-dried soil (PH5.9) collected from paddy fields in the previous year and maintained in a greenhouse. 25 days after sowing, each chemical is irrigated, and from the next day, the greenhouse windows are opened at night and the maximum daytime temperature is kept at 30°C.
Stiff seedlings were forcibly generated at 35°C with a minimum nighttime temperature of 4 to 5°C. The incidence of stuffy seedlings was investigated 34 days after sowing. The results are shown in Table 2.
