    が与えられるカウンタと、 このカウンタに与えるクロツク入力を監視する
    モノステーブルマルチバイブレータと、 このモノステーブルマルチバイブレータからの
    出力と前記カウンタからのタイムアツプ出力との
    オア出力を保持するフリツプフロツプと を備え、フリツプフロツプの出力をシステム異常
    を示す通知信号としたことを特徴とするシステム
    監視装置。
