Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.200ナノメーター未満の大きさの単一層リポゾームの量を導入することを 含み、 供給を有効とするためリポゾームに結合した抗体の実質的な不存在下、治療又は 診断薬の虚血組織に選択的に供給するのに十分な量を含むことを特徴とする、患 者の可逆的虚血組織をターゲットする方法。 2,虚血組織が、心筋組織であり、薬剤が、非虚血心筋よりもむしろ虚血組織に 選択的に供給される請求項1の方法。 3.リポゾームが、約50から約100ナノメーターの大きさである請求項1の 方法。 4.リポゾームが、約50から約100ナノメーターの大きさである請求項2の 方法。 5.リポゾームが、化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドからなることを特徴とす る請求項1の方法。 6.リポゾームが、化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドから成ることを特徴とす る請求項2の方法。 7.リポゾームが、化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドから成ることを特徴とす る請求項3の方法。 8.リポゾームが、化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドから成ることを特徴とす る請求項4の方法。 9.化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドが、少くとも16炭素長の脂肪族側鎖を 有する請求項5の方法。 10.化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドが、少くとも16炭素長の脂肪族側鎖 を有する請求項6の方法。 11.化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドが、少くとも16炭素長の脂肪族側鎖 を有する請求項7の方法。 12.化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドが、少くとも16炭素長の脂肪族側鎖 を有する請求項8の方法。 13.患者の可逆的虚血組織に治療又は診断薬剤をターゲットする組成物を製造 するに際し、該薬剤を含み、リポゾームに結合した抗体の実質的不存在である、 200ナメーター未満の大きさの単一層リポゾームの使用。 14.リポゾームが、患者の血流中に導入された時、虚血組織に該薬剤の量を選 択的に供給するのに十分な量である請求項13の使用。 15.虚血組織が、心筋組織であり、薬剤が、非虚血心筋よりもむしろ虚血組織 に選択的に供給される請求項13又は14の使用。 16.リポゾームが、約50から100ナノメーターの大きさである請求項13 ないし15のいずれか1項記載の使用。 17.リポゾームが、化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドから成ることを特徴と する請求項13ないし16のいずれか1項記載の使用。 18.化学的に純粋な合成ホスホリピッドが、少くとも16炭素長の脂肪族側鎖 を有する請求項17の使用。 19.患者の可逆的虚血組織にターゲットする治療又は診断薬剤を含む、 該リポゾームに結合した抗体は実質的に存在せず、200ナノメーター未満の大 きさの単一層リポゾームの使用。 20.リポゾームが、患者の血流中に導入された時、非虚血心筋よりもむしろ虚 血心筋組織に薬剤の量を選択的に供給するのに十分な量使用される請求項19の 使用。
