Claims (9)
- 1.合成の重合体もしくは樹脂からフォームを製造するための発泡剤において、 前記発泡剤が (A)一般式: CnHxFy(I) [式中、 X=0または2〜n/2の自然数であって、(a)環式フルオロカーボンについ てはX=0であれば、n=2〜10でありかつy=2nであり、 X=2〜n/2の自然数であれば、n=4もしくはそれ以上でありかつy=2n −Xであり、ここでx+y=2nであり、 (b)開鎖フルオロカーボンについてはX=0であれば、n=2〜10でありか つy=2n+2であり、 x=2〜n/2の自然数であれば、n=4もしくはそれ以上でありかつy=(2 n+2)一Xである]の少なくとも1種のフルオロカーボン(以下「PFA」と 称する)と、 (B)(a)水素化クロルフルオロカーボン(以下「HCFC」と称する)、 (b)一般式: CrHpFq(II) [式中、r=1〜3であり、 p=1〜4であり、 q=(2r+2)−p(開鎖HFCにつき)または2r−p(環式HFCにつき )であり、p+q=2r+2(開鎖HFCにつき)または2r(環式HFCにっ き)である] の水素化フルオロカーボン(以下「HFC」と称する)(c)120℃未満の沸 点を有するアルカンもしくはシクロアルカン ら選択される少なくとも1種の他の成分との配合物からなることを特徴とする発 泡剤。
- 2.フェノール樹脂からフェノール性フォームを製造するための請求の範囲第1 項記載の発泡剤。
- 3.フェノール樹脂から0.025W/m.k未満の熱伝導値(k)を有するフ ェノール性フォームを製造するための請求の範囲第1項記載の発泡剤。
- 4.PFA形成成分(A)を、(シクロ)アルカンにおける全水素原子が弗素原 子により置換されているペルフルオロ(シクロ)アルカン、および水素原子の個 数が式(I)により示されるフルオロ(シクロ)アルカンにおける炭素原子の個 数の半分以下である部分弗素化されたC4もしくはそれ以上の(シクロ)アルカ ンから選択する請求の範囲第1項記載の発泡剤。
- 5.部分弗素化された(シクロ)アルカン形成成分(A)が弗素化C4〜C8( シクロ)カルカンであって、その酸素原子の個数がC4(シクロ)アルカンにつ き2個もしくはそれ以下であり、C8(シクロ)アルカンにつき相応して4個も しくはそれ以下である請求の範囲第1項記載の発泡剤。
- 6.PFA形成成分(A)をペルフルオロペンタン、ペルフルオロヘキサンおよ びペルフルオロヘプタンから選択する請求の範囲第1項記載の発泡剤。
- 7.HCFC形成成分(B)(a)を次の成分:HCFC123(これはCF3 −CHCl2によって示すことができる) HCFC141b(これはCCl2F−CH3によって示すことができる) HCFC124(これはCHClF2によって示すことができる) HCFC124b(これはCH3CClF2によって示すことができる) ホルマセルS(登録商標)(これはCHCIF2によって示すことができる) HCFC225ca(これはCHCl2−CF2−CF3によって示すことがで きる) HCFC225cb(これはCClF2−CF2−CH−CIFによって示すこ とができる) の1種もしくはそれ以上から選択する請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれかに記 載の発泡剤。
- 8.HFC形成成分(B)(b)を次の成分:HFC125(これはCHF2− CF3によって示すことができる) HFC134a(これはCF3−CH2Fによって示すことができる) HFC152a(これはCH3−CHF2によって示すことができる) の1種もしくはそれ以上から選択する請求の範囲第1項記載の発泡剤。
- 9.成分(B)(C)がペンタンである請求の範囲第1項記載の発泡剤。
