Description
Claims (14)
- 1.反応室の底部のグリッドと、反応室の水平方向を規制する壁とを有し、前記 壁が、 上部領域に於ける実質的に垂直な上部水壁部分であって、水壁チューブがフィン すなわち平坦プレートによって結合されて水壁を形成するようになされている上 部水壁部分と、 下部領域に於ける耐火材ライニングを施された下部壁部分と、 上部水壁部分と耐火材ライニングを施された下部壁部分との間の中間水壁部分と を有する反応室であって、中間水壁部分の水壁が、垂直面に対して斜めに外方へ 向けて曲げられていることを特徴とする反応室。
- 2.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、中間水壁部分の水壁が、外方へ曲が る第1の曲がり部と、垂直状態に戻る第2の曲がり部とを有していることを特徴 とする反応室。
- 3.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、中間水壁部分の水壁が、外方へ向か う第1の曲がり部と、内方へ向かう第2の曲がり部とを有して垂直面に対して角 度をなしていることを特徴とする反応室。
- 4.請求項3に記載された反応室であって、反応室の前部壁および(または)後 部壁にて中間水壁部分の水壁が、外方へ向かう第1の曲がり部と、内方へ向かう 第2の曲がり部とを有して垂直面に対して角度をなしていることを特徴とする反 応室。
- 5.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、中間水壁部分に於ける耐火材ライニ ングの内面が、その耐火材ライニングよりも上方の上部水壁部分に於けるフィン すなわち平坦プレートの垂直面と同じ平面に位置していることを特徴とする反応 室。
- 6.請求項5に記載された反応室であって、耐火材ライニングの最上部分を保護 するために垂直フィンすなわち平坦プレートの垂直方向の延長面を形成するよう に遮蔽プレートが配置されていることを特徴とする反応室。
- 7.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、中間水壁部分にて耐火材ライニング の内面が、下方且つ内方へ向かう傾斜面を形成しており、この傾斜面がフィンす なわち平坦プレートの垂直面よりも外側の垂直面位置にて始まっていることを特 徴とする反応室。
- 8.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、中間水壁部分にて耐火材ライニング が、水壁の第1の曲がり部から下方へ或る距離を隔てて始まり、水壁と縁部を形 成していることを特徴とする反応室。
- 9.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、耐火材ライニングの部分の高さが、 水壁全体の高さの1:3〜1:10であることを特徴とする反応室。
- 10.請求項2、請求項3および請求項4の何れか1項に記載された反応室であ って、第1の曲がり部と第2の曲がり部との間隔距離が200〜400mmであ る、ことを特徴とする反応室。
- 11.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、水壁が第1の曲がり部で垂直面か ら5°〜30°の角度で外方へ曲がっていることを特徴とする反応室。
- 12.請求項3または請求項4に記載された反応室であって、水壁が第2の曲が り部で垂直面から5°〜30°の角度で内方へ曲がっていることを特徴とする反 応室。
- 13.請求項1に記載された反応室であって、中間水壁部分に於いて、反応量の コーナーに分岐チューブが取付られて、水壁の曲がり部での水壁のシールを行う ようになされていることを特徴とする反応室。
- 14.流動床反応の反応室の壁部であって、該壁部は水壁を含み、この水壁は下 部に耐火材ライニングを施されており、水壁が耐火材ライニングの施された水壁 部分の直上位置で外方へ曲げられていることを特徴とする壁部。
