Claims (1)
- 電源ライン及びアースラインを有し、該電源ラ
インに接続され、第１及び第２のコレクターを有
するマルチコレクター型トランジスターと、前記
アースラインに接続され、さらに前記第１及び前
記第２のコレクターにそれぞれ接続された第１及
び第２のトランジスターと、前記第２のコレクタ
ーに接続されるとともに前記アースラインに接続
されたコンデンサーと、該コンデンサーの充電量
が予め設定された第１の値になると前記第１及び
前記第２のトランジスターをオンし、前記第１の
値よりも小さい第２の値になると前記第１及び前
記第２のトランジスターをオフするスイツチング
回路とを有することを特徴とする発振回路。
