Claims (1)
- エミツタを電源に接続し、コレクタを第１の負
荷に接続した第１のトランジスタと、エミツタを
前記第１のトランジスタのベースに接続し、コレ
クタを供給電圧が前記第１の負荷より低い第２の
負荷に接続した第２のトランジスタと、スイツチ
のオンによつて動作し、前記第２のトランジスタ
のコレクタ電圧と所定の基準電圧との差に応じて
前記第２のトランジスタのベース電流を制御する
比較器および第３のトランジスタとを備えたこと
を特徴とする電源回路。
