Claims (1)
- 第１の電位と第２の電位との間に負荷を接続出
来る直流電源の断続回路において、前記第１の電
位の電源端子と前記負荷との間にエミツタ・コレ
クタ通路が接続された第１のトランジスタを有し
、該第１のトランジスタのベース・エミツタ間に
第１の回路が接続され、前記第１のトランジスタ
のベースと前記第２の電位間の少なくとも一部に
第２の回路が接続され、前記第１の回路は前記負
荷の短絡を検出する検出回路と該検出回路の出力
に応じて前記第１のトランジスタをＯＦＦ状態に
する第１のスイツチ素子とを有して構成され、前
記第２の回路は制御信号を受けて前記第１のトラ
ンジスタをＯＮ状態又はＯＦＦ状態に制御する第
２のスイツチ素子を有することを特徴とする断続
回路。
