    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源と負荷との間に直列に入るスイツチを保護
    する回路において、前記スイツチを駆動する駆動
    回路と、前記スイツチと並列に接続され前記スイ
    ツチをオンさせる信号が与えられたときに前記ス
    イツチよりは早くオンとなつて前記負荷に制限さ
    れた電流を供給するスイツチ回路と、前記スイツ
    チの出力側電圧を検出し出力側電圧が所定レベル
    に達したときに前記駆動回路に対し前記スイツチ
    をオンさせる信号を与える電圧検出回路とを備え
    ることを特徴とするスイツチ保護回路。
