Claims (1)
- 負荷に対して直列に接続された制御用トランジ
スタの内部インピーダンスを制御して、供給され
た非安定化直流電圧から安定化直流電圧を得る直
列制御形の直流安定化電源装置において、前記非
安定化直流電圧と安定化直流電圧との電位差を検
出する検出用トランジスタと、該検出用トランジ
スタの出力信号に基づいて前記制御用トランジス
タをオフさせるスイツチ素子と、前記非安定化直
流電圧の印加時に前記検出用トランジスタのバイ
アス電圧の立上りを遅らせる遅延回路とを有する
ことを特徴とする電源装置保護回路。
