Claims (1)
- 電源回路の基準電圧発生部に、地絡発生時、上
記電源回路の出力電圧が零電位となつたことを検
出して上記基準電圧発生部からの出力電圧に基づ
いてＯＮするスイツチングトランジスタをベース
接続し、上記スイツチングトランジスタのＯＮに
より検出電圧を電流変換して電源回路の出力トラ
ンジスタをＯＦＦするカレントミラー回路を上記
出力トランジスタに入力接続したことを特徴とす
る電源回路の地絡保護回路。
