Claims (1)
- 入力電圧を電流に変換する電流制御負荷トラン
ジスタと、コンパレート用に電源電圧を電流に変
換する電流制御負荷トランジスタと、前記２つの
電流の差によつて動作する作動アンプ部とを備え
る電圧検知回路において、前記電流制御負荷トラ
ンジスタにノンドープトランジスタ或いは、ｎ型
エンハンスメントトランジスタを用いたことを特
徴とする電圧検知回路。
