- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入力端子と出力端子との間に制御用ＭＯＳ
トランジスタを接続し、検出出力電圧を誤差増幅
器で基準値と比較して上記制御用ＭＯＳトランジ
スタを制御するＭＯＳ安定化電源回路において、 上記誤差増幅器の差動回路をデプレツシヨンＭ
ＯＳトランジスタとエンハンスメントＭＯＳトラ
ンジスタで構成し、且つ両トランジスタに共通の
定電流源をデプレツシヨンＭＯＳトランジスタで
構成したことを特徴とするＭＯＳ安定化電源回路
。 (2) 上記両デプレツシヨンＭＯＳトランジスタ
のゲートを接地に接続したことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＭＯＳ安定化電
源回路。
