Claims (1)
- 論理レベル出力用トランジスタとしてＰＭＯＳ
トランジスタを用いるとともに、上記ＰＭＯＳト
ランジスタの出力電圧を増幅／レベルシフトし、
これを帰還回路を介して上記出力用トランジスタ
のゲート電極に帰還させ、上記ＰＭＯＳトランジ
スタのゲート電圧を上記出力電圧に連動させて連
続に変化させるようにしたことを特徴とするＰＭ
ＯＳトランジスタを用いた論理レベル出力回路。
