Claims (1)
- 互いのエミツタが接続され該エミツタに直流電
流と信号電流とが流れる第１及び第２トランジス
タから成る第１差動増幅回路と、互いのエミツタ
が接続され該エミツタに前記直流電流と等しい直
流電流が流れる第３及び第４トランジスタから成
る第２差動増幅回路と、前記第１及び第４トラン
ジスタのベースに共通にバイアス電圧を印加する
第１電源と、前記第２及び第３トランジスタのベ
ースに共通にバイアス電圧を印加する第２電源と
、前記第４トランジスタのコレクタに流れる直流
電流と等しい直流電流を前記第１トランジスタの
コレクタに流すカレントミラー回路とから成り、
前記第１トランジスタのコレクタから前記信号電
流に応じた出力電流を得る様にしたことを特徴と
する利得制御回路。
