[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention is a joint cover (hereinafter simply referred to as a cover) that serves as a decorative and waterproof material for the vertical joints of a wall for wall coverings when they are formed. It is related to. [Prior Art] Generally, when panels are used to form a wall for covering, so-called joints are formed where the ends of the panels face each other, and a cover that serves as a waterproofing material or a decorative material is applied to these joints. It is common for the concrete to be installed. In other words, conventionally used cover materials are made by laying a cover wider than the joint width, and fixing the cover by driving nails into the top of the cover, or by pulling the bottom end to the side joint of the panel. Generally known are covers whose upper ends are fixed with nails or the like, or which are simply filled with joint material between the joints. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when vertical joints are formed as described above, fixing tools such as nails are exposed on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance, and being inferior in waterproofness, workability, and productivity. There was a risk that the cover would come off due to earthquakes, etc. [Means for solving the problem] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a joint cover locking body (padding board) having a fitting groove.
A narrow-width decorative piece is formed by forming board material using rolls, presses, etc. to correspond to the shape of the decorative end of the panel, and a bottom edge of the decorative piece is bent inward and extended to the center of the back side of the decorative piece. a decorative surface portion consisting of an edge; a rising portion that projects downward from the lower edge and is formed from the upper end to the lower end with a height corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the panel; and The engaging portion is formed of a plurality of engaging protrusions protruding outwardly so as to be insertable, and the longitudinal section is formed into a T-shape, and the lower edge and the rising portion on the engaging protrusion forming portion are bent. A cutout groove is provided in the part with a width greater than the width of the engaging protrusion, and a horizontal joint cover is provided in the decorative surface part with the lower end bent inward at a height corresponding to the stepped part of the panel. By providing a waterproof piece with a decorative piece protruding from the upper edge, waterproofness and aesthetics can be improved simply by engaging the engaging part of the cover with the joint cover locking body. Furthermore, we propose a cover that is easy to form and has good workability and does not come off. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the cover according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned cover. 1 is the cover, and a plate material is formed into a cross section T by roll forming, press forming, injection molding, etc.
It is shaped like a letter. To explain in more detail,
The cover 1 is formed from a material having a thickness and material capable of exhibiting elasticity, such as a metal plate (color steel plate, vinyl chloride steel plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, copper plate, etc.) and having the above-mentioned cross-sectional shape. That is, cover 1 is
The decorative surface part 2 , an engaging part 4 protruding along the longitudinal direction at the center of the back surface thereof, a horizontal joint cover piece 8 provided on the lower edge of the decorative surface part 2 , and a waterproof piece 9 formed on the upper edge.
It was formed from. The decorative surface portion 2 is a third
Decorative pieces 2a to 2d each having a shape corresponding to the decorative surfaces A1 to A4 of panel A as shown in the figure and formed into a rectangular shape with a narrow width, and the decorative pieces 2a to 2d are bent inward, It consists of a lower edge 2e extending to the center of the back surface of the decorative surface portion 2. The makeup piece 2a, 2
The lengths of b are L 1 and L 2 , and the heights of decorative pieces 2c and 2d are
H 1 , H 2 , the angle between the decorative piece 2a and the decorative piece 2c is θ 1 ,
The angle between the decorative pieces 2b and 2d is θ 2 , the widths of the decorative surfaces A 1 and A 2 of panel A shown in FIG. 3 are l 1 and l 2 , and the heights of the decorative surfaces A 3 and A 4 are h. 1 , h 2 , the angle between decorative surfaces A 1 and A 3 is θ 3 , and the angle between decorative surfaces A 2 and A 4 is θ 4 , then L 1
≒l 1 , L 2 ≒l 2 , H 1 ≒h 1 , H 2 ≒h 2 , θ 1 = θ 3 , θ 2 = θ 4
The relationship is as follows, and the shape corresponds to the decorative end of panel A. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (cross-sectional view of FIG. 1), the width of the decorative surface portion 2 is W, the thickness is t, the plate thickness is Δt, and the width of the vertical joint γ shown in FIG. 5 is W. 1 , W>W 1 and narrow width, e.g.
The relationship is about 10mm≦W≦30mm, and about 2Δt≦t≦3Δt. This minimizes the level difference between the decorative surface of panel A and the cover 1 , makes the vertical joints less noticeable, and improves aesthetics.
Reference numeral 3 denotes a step portion, which is provided when the panel A has a step difference of two or more steps. The engaging portion 4 is located at the lower edge 2e.
(In the figure, the lower edges 2e of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b) are bent outward by, for example, 90 degrees and protrude, and
It is composed of a rising portion 5 whose height gradually increases from the upper end to the lower end forming a slope, and a plurality of engagement protrusions 6 which are formed in, for example, a wedge shape and project outward from the surface of the rising portion 5. . That is, two rising parts 5 are provided protruding from the center of the back surface of the decorative surface part 2 , and the height thereof depends on the inclination angle of the decorative surface of the panel A and the joint cover locking body B to which the cover 1 is attached. It is determined. Note that whether the height of the fitting groove 10 of the joint cover locking body B is the same or sloped is selected depending on the shape of the rising portion 5 of the cover 1 . Furthermore, the engaging protrusion 6 has a shape as shown in FIG. 2, and is designed to fit into a fitting groove 10 of a joint cover locking body B, which will be described later, to fix the cover 1 on the panel A. ,
The width and number of installations are arbitrary. The height H increases toward the lower end, and as shown in FIG.
If the height to the engaging claw 11 is h3 , then H=h-
h 3 , and after the cover 1 is attached, the lower edge 2e is in reliable surface contact with the decorative surface of the panel A, and the waterproofness and aesthetics can be greatly improved. Further, 7 is a notch groove, which is provided at the rising portion 5 of the portion where the engagement protrusion 6 is formed and the bent portion of the lower edge 2e.
The notch is made at a width greater than the width of the engaging protrusion 6. This means that a plurality of grooves (the number of engaging protrusions 6 on the cover 1 With the die set provided (corresponding to the above),
It is not necessary to bend the bent portion between the rising portion 5 of the engagement protrusion 6 and the lower edge 2e, and the number of steps can be reduced. Note that the shape of the cutout groove 7 is arbitrary, such as triangular or circular, and the forming range is also limited to the engagement protrusion 6.
It is also possible to form it over a period of time. The side joint cover piece 8 consists of a decorative piece 2d and a lower edge 2e, and is mainly intended to improve the waterproofness, aesthetic appearance, and workability of the side joint part. A waterproof piece 9 is formed by extending the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 upward, and is intended mainly to strengthen the waterproofness of the horizontal joint part. Let its length be L 3 , its width be W 2 , and the length from the decorative surface A 4 of panel A to the deepest part of the engagement groove 12 be l 3 , then W 1 <
The relationship is W 2 ≦W, L 3 ≦l 3 . Further, a notch portion 4a is provided at the lower end edge of the rising portion 5 in accordance with the length L3 of the waterproof piece 9. [Example of construction] Next, an example of construction will be explained using FIGS. 3 to 6. First, the main body α (the waterproof sheet is omitted)
A joint cover locking body B having a fitting groove 10 thereon is fixed via a nail β, and the ends of the panel A are brought into contact with both rising surfaces of the joint cover locking body B, and the panel A is fixed with the nail β. In this way, panel A is fixed from the base to the girder,
From the base to the girder, the engaging portions 4 of the cover 1 are sequentially connected to the fitting grooves 10 of the joint cover locking body B corresponding to the decorative surfaces A 1 to A 4 of the panel A at the vertical joints γ thus formed. By inserting the upper end waterproof piece 9 into the engagement groove 12 of the upper panel A, vertical joints of the wall are formed. The wall formed in this way has excellent waterproofness and aesthetics, and after the cover 1 is attached, the cover 1 is always supported with elasticity on the decorative surface of the panel A, ensuring reliable attachment. Become. In addition,
Accessories such as a starter and a base drainer are used for the base. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the cover 1 according to the present invention, and the cover 1 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 7 to 11. In Figure 7 a to r, a

-c are other embodiments of the cover 1 , and in figure a, the lower end of the horizontal joint cover piece 8 is bent inward to form an extended insertion piece 8a, which is inserted into the engagement groove 12 of panel A. At the same time, the waterproof groove 9c of the waterproof piece 9
The cover 1 is designed to engage with the waterproof piece 9. Figure b shows the waterproof piece 9.
1. Cover 1 from which is removed Figure c shows a cover 1 with rising portions 5 formed at intervals. Note that the decorative surface portion 2 can be provided with an embossed pattern or a wavy pattern similar to that of the panel A. Of course, from Figure 7 to Figure 1
It is also possible to make the cover 1 by combining each of the figures. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the cover according to the invention,
It is easy to install because the cover can be attached after the panels are finished. The engaging part of the cover can be fixed by simply engaging with the joint cover locking body without using a fixing tool such as a nail. Since the cover is flush with the decorative surface of the panel, horizontal joints are not separated, improving aesthetics. Since the cover is always supported under elasticity and is in surface contact with the panel, distortions, dents, etc. do not appear on the decorative surface, and the cover is highly waterproof.
The elasticity ensures that the joint cover is attached to the fitting groove of the joint cover locking body, and there is no risk of it coming off. A waterproof piece is formed on the top edge, which greatly improves waterproofness. By providing the cutout grooves, the number of press working steps can be reduced and productivity can be improved. It has the following characteristics and effects.
