[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is a joint cover (hereinafter simply referred to as a cover) that serves as a decorative and waterproof material for the joints when forming the vertical joints of a wall for underlayment. It is related to. [Prior Art] Generally, when panels are used to form a wall for covering, so-called joints are formed where the ends of the panels face each other, and a cover that serves as a waterproofing material or a decorative material is applied to these joints. It is common for the concrete to be installed. In other words, conventionally used cover materials are made by laying a cover wider than the joint width, and fixing the cover by driving nails into the top of the cover, or by pulling the bottom end to the side joint of the panel. Generally known are covers whose upper ends are fixed with nails or the like, or those in which the gaps between the joints are simply filled with joint material. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when vertical joints are formed as described above, fixing tools such as nails are exposed on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance, and being inferior in waterproofness, workability, and productivity. There was a risk that the cover would come off due to earthquakes, etc. Furthermore, if individual covers were damaged, they could not be replaced. [Means for solving the problem] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a joint cover locking body (padding board) having a fitting groove.
A narrow-width decorative piece is formed by forming board material using rolls, presses, etc. to correspond to the shape of the decorative end of the panel, and a bottom edge of the decorative piece is bent inward and extended to the center of the back side of the decorative piece. a decorative surface portion consisting of an edge; a rising portion that projects upward from the lower edge and is formed from the upper end to the lower end with a height corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the panel;
and an engaging portion consisting of a plurality of or continuous engaging protrusions protruding outwardly so as to be insertable;
The vertical section is formed into a T-shape, and the lower end in the longitudinal direction of the rising portion is cut out over a range equal to or greater than the depth of the engagement groove of the panel, and the lower end is cut inward on the decorative surface portion. A horizontal joint cover piece is provided bent at a height corresponding to the stepped part of the panel, and a decorative piece is protruded from the upper edge to form a waterproof piece, thereby locking the engaging part of the cover to the joint cover. The present invention proposes a cover that improves waterproofness and aesthetics by simply engaging with the body, has good workability, and is easy to mold without detachment. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the cover according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned cover. Reference numeral 1 designates the cover, which is formed into a T-shaped cross section by roll molding, press molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, firing, or the like. To explain in more detail, the cover 1 is made of, for example, a metal plate (color steel plate, PVC steel plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate,
It is formed integrally by the above-mentioned method from one or more of the following: copper plate, galvalume steel plate, galvanized steel plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, sandwich steel plate, titanium alloy plate, etc.), synthetic resin plate, ceramic plate, ceramic plate, etc. An example of a board is shown. That is, the cover 1 includes a decorative surface portion 2 , an engaging portion 4 protruding from the center of the back surface along the longitudinal direction,
Horizontal joint cover piece 9 provided on the lower edge of the decorative surface section 2
and a waterproof piece 10 formed on the upper edge. The decorative surface portion 2 has a shape corresponding to the decorative surfaces A 1 to A 4 of the panel A as shown in FIG. 3, and is formed into a rectangular shape with a narrow width.
d, and bending the decorative pieces 2a to 2d inward,
It consists of a lower edge 2e extending to the center of the back surface of the decorative surface portion 2 . The length of the makeup pieces 2a and 2b is
L 1 , L 2 , the heights of the decorative pieces 2c, 2d are H 1 , H 2 , the angle between the decorative pieces 2a and 2c is θ 1 , the angle between the decorative pieces 2b and 2d is θ 2 , and the third The widths of the decorative surfaces A 1 and A 2 of panel A shown in the figure are l 1 and l 2 , and the widths of the decorative surfaces A 3 and A 4 are
Assuming that the heights of are h 1 and h 2 , the angle between decorative surfaces A 1 and A 3 is θ 3 , and the angle between decorative surfaces A 2 and A 4 is θ 4 , L 1 ≒ l 1 , L 2
The relationships are as follows: l 2 , H 1 ≒ h 1 , H 2 ≒ h 2 , θ 1 ≒ θ 3 , θ 2 ≒ θ 4 , and the shape corresponds to the decorative end of panel A. In addition, as shown in Fig. 2 (cross-sectional view taken along the line A--A in Fig. 1), the width of the decorative surface portion 2 is W, the thickness is t, the plate thickness is Δt, and the width of the vertical joint γ shown in Fig. 5 is W 1
If W>W 1 , the width is narrow, for example 10mm≦W≦
The distance is about 30 mm, and the relationship is about 2Δt≦t≦3Δt. This minimizes the level difference between the decorative surface of panel A and the cover 1 , makes the vertical joints less noticeable, and improves aesthetics. Reference numeral 3 denotes a step portion, which is provided when the panel A has a step difference of two or more steps. The engaging part 4 has a lower edge 2e (lower edge 2e of the decorative pieces 2a, 2b in the figure) bent outward by, for example, 90 degrees to protrude, and has a height that gradually increases from the upper end to the lower end. A rising part 5 forming a slope and protruding outward from the surface of the rising part 5,
For example, it is composed of a plurality of engagement protrusions 6 formed in a wedge shape. That is, two rising parts 5 are provided protruding from the center of the back surface of the decorative surface part 2 , and the height thereof is determined by the inclination angle of the decorative surface of panel A,
and joint cover locking body B to which cover 1 is attached.
It is determined by Note that whether the height of the fitting groove 11 of the joint cover locking body B is the same or sloped is selected depending on the shape of the rising portion 5 of the cover 1 . Furthermore, the engagement protrusion 6 has a second
It has a shape as shown in the figure and fits into a fitting groove 11 of a joint cover locking body B, which will be described later, to fix the cover 1 on the panel A, and the shape, width, and number of pieces to be installed are arbitrary. , is determined by the relative relationship with the joint cover locking body B. The height H increases toward the lower end, and as shown in FIG.
If the height of the engaging claw 12 is h3 , then there is a relationship H = h - h3 , and after the cover 1 is attached, the lower edge 2e will surely come into surface contact with the decorative surface of the panel A, resulting in waterproofness and The aesthetic appearance can be greatly improved. Moreover, 7 is a notch groove, which is provided in the rising portion 5 of the upper portion of the engagement protrusion 6 and the bent portion of the lower edge 2e, and is cut out at a width greater than the width of the engagement protrusion 6. This means that a plurality of grooves (the number of engaging protrusions 6 on the cover 1 This die set is provided in accordance with the present invention, and does not require bending of the bent portion between the rising portion 5 of the engagement protrusion 6 and the lower edge 2e, and the number of steps can be reduced. Note that the shape of the notch groove 7 is triangular,
The shape may be any shape such as a circle, and the formation range can also be formed between the engagement protrusions 6. Furthermore, the notch groove 7 is effective when forming a metal plate or the like as the material for the cover 1 by bending, press working, roll forming, etc. It is not indispensable when forming by molding or the like. Reference numeral 8 denotes a gap, which is a portion cut out from the lower end of the rising portion 5 over a range L3 , and extends from the decorative surface A4 of panel A shown in FIG. 3 to the deepest part of the engagement groove 13. Letting the length be l 3 , the relationship is L 3 ≧ l 3 . This is because when the starting material used when starting to stretch panel A is formed continuously at the vertical joints, when the cover 1 is engaged with the vertical joints, the rising part 5 at the lower end of the cover 1 The gap 8 formed in the opening 8 allows the starting material to be reliably attached without colliding with the locking piece (the part that is inserted into the engagement groove 13 of panel A and fixes panel A at the lowest stage). The horizontal joint cover piece 9 consists of a decorative piece 2d and a lower edge 2e,
The main objective is to improve the waterproofness, aesthetics, and workability of side joints. 10 is a waterproof piece, and the decorative surface part 2
The upper edge of the joint is extended upward to improve the waterproofness and aesthetics of the horizontal joint. The length is L 4 and the width is W 2 , and the decorative surface A 4 of panel A
Letting the length from to the deepest part of the engagement groove 13 be l 3 ,
The relationships are W 1 <W 2 ≦W, and L 4 ≦l 3 . [Example of construction] Next, an example of construction will be explained using FIGS. 3 to 6. First, the main body α (the waterproof sheet is omitted)
A joint cover locking body B having a fitting groove 11 on the top is fixed via a nail β, and a panel A is attached to both rising surfaces of the joint cover locking body B.
and fix panel A with nail β. In this way, the panel A is fixed from the base to the girder, and the cover 1 is engaged with the vertical joint γ thus formed corresponding to the decorative surfaces A 1 to A 4 of the panel A from the base to the girder . Part 4 is sequentially attached to the joint cover locking body B.
By engaging with the fitting groove 11 of the upper panel A and inserting the upper end waterproof piece 10 into the engaging groove 13 of the upper panel A,
It forms the vertical joints of the wall. The wall thus formed has excellent waterproofness and aesthetics, and after the cover 1 is attached, the cover 1 is always supported under elasticity on the decorative surface of the panel A, ensuring reliable attachment. In addition, accessories such as starting materials and base drainers are used for the base. It is easy to install because the cover can be attached after the panels are finished. The engaging part of the cover can be fixed by simply engaging with the joint cover locking body without using a fixing tool such as a nail. Since the cover is flush with the decorative surface of the panel, horizontal joints are not separated, improving aesthetics. Since the cover is always supported under elasticity and is in surface contact with the panel, distortions, cracks, etc. do not appear on the decorative surface, and the cover is highly waterproof.
The elasticity ensures that the joint cover is attached to the fitting groove of the joint cover locking body, and there is no risk of it coming off. A waterproof piece is formed on the top edge, which greatly improves waterproofness. By providing the cutout grooves, the number of press working steps can be reduced and productivity can be improved. By making a large cut in the lower edge of the rising part, even if starting material is present at the lower end of the vertical joint part, the cover can be reliably attached to the joint cover locking body without any processing.
No matter which direction the starting material and the joint cover locking body are applied to the wall, the cover will not become unable to lock onto the joint cover locking body. Even after the cover is installed, it can be replaced. It has the following characteristics and effects.
