[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a mounting structure suitable for horizontally extending hard wall materials. In general, many building materials have a mutually interlocking structure on their longitudinal side edges, and in particular, hard wall materials are attached with metal fittings, mounting holes are drilled into the building material, or mounting holes are drilled during manufacturing. The structure was such that nails were driven into these mounting holes and attached to the frame. However, when using metal fittings, it is only a holding structure, and when drilling a mounting hole on site with a drill, it is necessary to split the hard wall material,
They often caused damage and were inefficient. In addition, the hard wall material with mounting holes drilled during manufacturing had a thin wall thickness at the part where the nails were to be driven, and was made of brittle material, so it was easy to accidentally damage the hard wall material when nailing was done with a hammer. It was very hot. For this reason, driving nails required skill. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, and in addition to making the hard wall material a drop-in type,
It is fixed to the building frame through a mounting bracket with a clamping piece and elasticity, making it highly efficient, reliable, and without requiring any skill.
An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for a hard wall material that can be extremely easily constructed. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a mounting structure for a hard wall material according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 1st
The figure is a perspective view showing a typical example of a hard wall material (hereinafter simply referred to as wall material) used in the present invention. To explain further, the wall material 1 is made of one type of cement board, ceramic board, porcelain board, calcium silicate board, calcium carbonate board, etc., and has a male part 2 on one longitudinal edge and a female part on the other side edge. It has a real part of 3. In particular, the male fruit part 2 and the female fruit part 3 have a mutually opposing structure, and a rain return protrusion 2a is provided at the tip of the male fruit part 2 facing upward and parallel to the longitudinal direction. A draining ridge 3a is provided at the tip of the female fruit part 3 facing downward and parallel to the longitudinal direction, and
Engagement grooves 4 are provided in the mutually facing corners of the female part 3 so that the wall material 1 becomes a drop-in type when it is installed horizontally.
It has the following. In other words, rain return protrusion 2
a. The draining ridges 3a come into contact with the male and female parts 2 and 3 of the vertically adjacent wall material 1 , and function to prevent rainwater from entering the interior, and the draining ridges 2a It is locked to a locking piece 10 of a mounting bracket 5 , which will be described below, and fixed to the building frame. In addition, the engagement groove 4 is formed at a mutually opposite corner by extending and projecting the upper side 3b of the female part 3 on the decorative surface 1a side into the interior of the wall material 1 , and is formed at a mutually opposite corner. A gap is provided between the projecting strip 3a to prevent capillary phenomenon, and the engagement groove 4 securely fixes the wall material 1 to the frame by engaging the bent portion 8 of the mounting bracket described below. It is designed so that it can be used. 5
is a mounting bracket used to install wall material 1 from the foundation to the ridge, and its cross section is a deformed Z-shape, so that it can fully utilize its elasticity and strength. At the same time, in order to reduce costs, a single metal plate is formed using a press, a molding machine, etc. To explain further, the mounting bracket 5 consists of a fixing part 6, a rising part 7, a bent part 8, a locking part 9, and a locking piece 10 as shown in FIG. The mounting bracket 5 is used to fix the mounting bracket 5 to a frame 11 such as a main pillar or a stud via nails 12. Note that, depending on the thickness of the metal plate, a plurality of mounting holes 6a may be bored in the fixing part 6, and an auxiliary locking tongue 6b may be formed at the end for auxiliary locking and to prevent danger. It is preferable. The rising portion 7 is bent, for example, at right angles to the fixed portion 6, and its height H is determined by the plate thicknesses T 1 and T 2 of the connecting portion of the wall material 1 . The bent portion 8 is formed by bending the upper end of the rising portion 7 outward at an angle θ 1 and then inward at an angle θ 2 to form a hook-shaped cross section. It functions as a stopper due to the provision of elasticity and the clamping structure of the wall material 1 . Also, the angle θ 2
is θ 2 ≦90°, and the upper side 3 of the rain return protrusion 2a of the male part 2 of the wall material 1 and the engagement groove 4 of the female part 3
b, which is determined by the shape of the lower side 3c.
Note that the width W of the bent portion 8 is determined by the engagement groove 4 of the wall material 1 . The locking portion 9 extends the tip of the bent portion 8 outward at an angle θ 2 and extends the tip inward at an angle θ 3
The height h of the locking piece 10 is determined by the height of the rain return protrusion 2a of the wall material 1 . Especially the locking piece 10
As shown in Figure 3a, the rain return protrusion 2 of the wall material 1 is
a, and press the wall material 1 by the elasticity of the locking part 9 to fix the wall material 1 to the frame,
As shown in FIG. 3b, the female part 3 of the upper wall material 1 is guided, the bent part 8 is engaged with the engagement groove 4 of the upper wall material 1 , and one mounting bracket 5 is used. This is for fixing the upper and lower wall materials 1 to the frame 11. The length of the locking portion 9 is made shorter than the length from the upper side 3b, that is, the length from the draining protrusion 3a to the deepest part of the engagement groove 4. This is to ensure that when the wall material 1 is fixed with the mounting fittings 5 to form a wall surface, the mounting fittings 5 are not exposed on the surface and are covered by the female part 3. Next, a construction example will be explained. Now, it is assumed that the wall material 1 shown in FIG. 1 is to be fixed horizontally to the frame 11 using the mounting brackets 5 and nails 12 shown in FIG. 2.
Therefore, although not shown, accessories such as a starter are fixed to the frame 11, and then, although not shown, the first stage wall material 1 is fixed.
into the starter. Next, as shown in FIG.
The male part 2 is fixed to the frame 11 by locking the mounting bracket 5 and driving the fixing part 6 with a nail 12. At this time, the nails 12 are not driven directly into the wall material 1 , but are placed at a distance from the wall material 1 , so that the wall material 1 is not damaged by a hammer during nail driving. Next, as shown in FIG. 3b, the second stage wall material 1' is guided by the locking portion 9, and the engaging groove 4 is dropped into the bent portion 8. At this time, the first tier wall material 1 is pressed against the frame 11 by the elasticity of the mounting bracket 5 , and is also pressed against the frame 11 by the own weight of the second tier wall material 1' . Therefore, it is securely fixed to the frame 11, and the rain return protrusion 2a and the draining protrusion 3
Since the wall a reliably contacts the adjacent wall materials 1 and 1' , its function is fully exhibited and the waterproofness of the joint area is improved. In addition, the mounting fittings 5 are hidden behind the second-tier wall material 1' and are not exposed on the surface, nor are the nail heads exposed, so that a wall surface that is waterproof and aesthetically pleasing can be formed. By repeating these steps sequentially from the foundation to the ridge, the wall surface can be formed. Although not shown, after forming the wall surface through the above steps, a caulking agent is planted in the contact area between the draining ridge 2a and the male fruit part 3,
You can also spray paint the wall. The wall material 1 and the mounting bracket 5 described above are only one embodiment of the members of the wall material mounting structure according to the present invention. It can also be formed using the wall material 1 and the mounting fittings 5 shown in FIG. That is, FIGS . 4a to 4j show other examples of the wall material 1 , and FIGS. Wall material 1 with ribs 1b, h
-K figures show wall material 1 having the shape shown in the figures. Further, FIGS. 5 a to 5 i show a mounting bracket 5 whose cross-sectional shape is deformed as shown, and FIGS. 6 a to d show a mounting bracket 5 formed with reinforcing ribs 5 a as shown. As described above, according to the hard wall material mounting structure according to the present invention, the wall material is fixed to the frame using mounting brackets instead of using nails directly, so damage to the wall material can be prevented. There are features that allow it. In addition, the wall material is fixed at the male and female parts by the mounting brackets, and can be easily and securely dropped by the weight of the wall material itself.Furthermore, the wall material near the ridge is The male part of the wall material near the foundation is pressed down, and when the wall material is dropped onto it, the lower edge of the female part is held in place with elasticity, so it can be constructed with high efficiency and well. There are features that can be used. In addition, the rain return ridges and draining ridges reliably come into contact with the adjacent wall materials due to the pressure exerted by the weight of the wall materials close to the ridge, which allows them to fully demonstrate their functions.
