【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は硬質壁材を横張りするのに好適な取付
構造に関するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 一般に、長手方向の側縁にあいじやくり構造を
形成した建材が多く、特に硬質壁材は金具で装着
したり、壁材にドリルで取付孔を穿設するか、あ
るいは製造時に取付孔を穿設しておき、これら取
付孔に釘を打設して躯体に装着するなどの構造を
採つていた。しかしながら、金具を用いた場合は
単に押さえるだけの構造であり、ドリルによつて
現場で取付孔を穿設する際は、前記硬質壁材を割
つたり、損傷を与えることが多く、非能率的であ
つた。また、製造時に取付孔が穿設された硬質壁
材は釘打ちすべき部分の肉厚が薄く、しかも脆い
材料で構成されていたため、ハンマによる打設時
に誤つて硬質壁材を破損することが多かつた。こ
のため、釘の打設には熟練を要した。 〔考案の目的〕 本考案はこのような欠点を除去したものであ
り、硬質壁材の施工を落とし込みタイプとすると
共に、雄実部の固定を壁材押圧部と嵌合屈曲部と
係止部とによる面接触で挟持し、かつ、雌実部の
嵌合溝に差込屈曲部、および雄実部の差込突条を
挿入することにより、壁材を躯体に高能率的にし
て確実に、しかも熟練を必要とすることなく、き
わめて容易に施工を行うことができ、しかも防水
性に富んだ壁体を形成しうるようにした硬質壁材
の取付構造を提供するものである。 〔考案の構成〕 以下に図面を用いて本考案に係る硬質壁材の取
付構造の一実施例について詳細に説明する。第1
図は本考案に使用する硬質壁材(以下、単に壁材
という)Aの代表的な一例を示す斜視図である。
さらに説明すると、壁材Aはセメント板、陶板、
磁器板、珪酸カルシウム板、炭酸カルシウム板な
どの1種からなるものであり、化粧面の長手方
向の1側縁に雄実部、他側縁に雌実部を有す
るものである。特に、雄実部は化粧面の端縁
を外方に突出した差込突条3と、差込突条3を、
上縁とした断面U字状に形成した係合溝4と、係
合溝4の下部を外方に延長した延長部5とから形
成したものである。また雌実部は内方にU字状
に形成した嵌合溝7と嵌合溝7の下部8の裏面に

落とし込む。この際、第n段目の壁材A1は取付
金具Bの弾力によつて躯体αに押圧されると共
に、第n+1段目の壁材A2の自重によつても躯
体αに押圧されるため、躯体αに確実に固定され
ることになる。また、取付金具Bは壁材A2の裏
面に隠れ、表面に露出せず、また釘頭も露出しな
いため、防水性、美観性に富んだ躯体を形成する
ことができる。このような工程を土台から棟まで
順次繰り返して行うことにより、壁体を形成する
ことができる。また、上記工程により壁体を形成
