This article relates to a mounting bracket that is useful when constructing a hard wall material made of gypsum board, cement board, ceramic board, or porcelain board, which has male and female parts formed on both longitudinal edges in a horizontal manner. . [Prior Art] Generally, nails are used to fix wall materials such as the above-mentioned composite boards and hard wall materials to studs, main pillars, etc. However, when these building materials were directly fixed with nails, there were the following drawbacks. That is, in composite boards, the part where the nails are driven becomes uneven, the connection part has through holes that are directly connected to the frame, lacks waterproofness, and the frame, surface material, etc. sometimes corrode. In addition, when using hard wall materials, the hard wall materials are extremely weak against impact and often break when fixing the hard wall materials.
It was a building material that was extremely difficult to construct, as it was unable to absorb relief and play between wall materials. In terms of trade, if it is fixed with nails, it becomes a point-supported structure, and it is necessary to have a large number of fixing positions, which means that the wall material, which lacks impact resistance, will be subject to more damage. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention does not fix wall materials directly with nails, but instead uses elasticity, lines, and surface contact, and also enables construction by dropping. In addition to improving durability, we propose a mounting bracket that does not impair waterproofness for composite boards, reduces breakage rate for hard wall materials, and allows for beautiful installation. . [Structure of the invention] The mounting bracket according to the invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the above-mentioned mounting bracket.
It is formed by roll molding or extrusion molding, and for example, wall material A as shown in FIGS. 3a to 3k is fixed to a frame such as a stud or a main pillar. That is, the wall material A is a long plate material, and the male part has locking grooves C (figures a to e) or locking protrusions C 1 (figures f to i) at both ends in the longitudinal direction. B or male fruit part B (j,
(Fig. k) and a female part D having an engaging groove E. To explain further, the mounting bracket 1 consists of a fixing part 2, a rising part 3, a wall material pressing part 4, a fitting bending part 5, an insertion bending part 6, and a locking part 7, and the fixing part 2 is shown in FIG. As shown, the frame α of studs, main pillars, etc.
It is for fixing to the body via nail β. Note that the fixing part 2 has mounting holes 2 depending on the thickness of the metal plate.
It is preferable to drill a plurality of holes a or to form an auxiliary locking tongue piece 2b at the end for auxiliary locking and to prevent danger. Also, the rising part 3 is the fixed part 2.
The height H is the height of the end of the male part B of the wall material A and the angle between the fixed part 2 and the rising part 3. It is determined by θ 1 . As shown in FIG. 2, the wall material pressing unit 4 presses the end of the male part B of the lower wall material A1 against the frame α by surface contact,
This is a part to be fixed, and the wall material A 1 is fixed by the elasticity of the fitting bending part 5 and the insertion bending part 6, which will be described later, and by the weight of the wall material A 2 . The fitting bending portion 5 is a portion that engages the lower protrusion F of the engagement groove E of the wall material A, imparts elasticity to the wall material pressing portion 4 by bending, and fixes the wall material A. The insertion bent portion 6 is a portion that engages with the engagement groove E of the wall material A described above and fixes the upper wall material A 2 to the wall material A 1 at the lower end. The locking portion 7 is a portion that linearly fixes the male part B of the lower wall material A1 , and a locking piece 8 is provided as necessary. The height h of the locking piece 8 is determined by the distance between the male part B of the wall material A and the locking part 7, the locking groove C, and the locking protrusion C1 . In particular, the locking piece 8 holds the upper wall material A 2 and the lower wall material A 1 in a fixed position as shown in FIG. It is locked and fixed by an elastic clamping structure. [Example of Construction] Now, it is assumed that the wall material A shown in FIG. 3b is fixed to the building frame α as shown in FIG. 2 using the mounting bracket 1 shown in FIG. 1. Therefore, the main pillars, studs,
Hook the locking piece 8 into the locking groove C of the male part B of the nth stage wall material A 1 on the frame α made of a waterproof sheet or the like (the waterproof sheet is omitted in the figure), and bringing the wall material pressing part 4 into contact with the end of the wall material A1 ,
The fixing part 2 is driven in with a nail β and fixed. Then the n+
Drop the wall material A 2 so that the engagement groove E of the first stage wall material A 2 is inserted into the insertion bent part 6, and insert the male part B (not shown) of the wall material A 2 in the same way as the wall material A 1 . Fix with mounting bracket 1 . Therefore, in order to construct the wall material, it is sufficient to sequentially repeat the above-mentioned steps with the wall material A from the base to the eaves. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a-k and 5a-d. That is, the fourth
Figures a and b show a mounting bracket 1 with an auxiliary locking tongue 2b formed in the shape of an upper flap, Figure c shows a mounting bracket 1 with a locking piece 8 inclined inward, and Figure d shows a locking part 7. protrusion 7
Figures a and 1 are mounting brackets 1 with grooves (not shown), and Figures 1 and 1 are mounting brackets 1 in which the wall material pressing part 4 is formed parallel to the fixing part 2; Mounting bracket 1 , Figure h shows a mounting bracket 1 with grooves 4a or protrusions (not shown) formed on the wall material pressing part 4, Figure i shows a mounting bracket 1 with a locking part 7 formed at an angle, and Figure J shows a mounting bracket 1 with a slanted locking part 7. Mounting bracket 1 with locking piece 8 formed in a seam shape, Figure K shows the mounting bracket 1 with locking piece 8 removed, and the locking force and waterproofness are strengthened, respectively.
The aim is to ensure the fixation of wall materials and improve workability. Fig. 5a shows a mounting bracket 1 with reinforcing ribs 7b formed on the locking part 7 , Figs. This is a mounting bracket 1 in which a reinforcing rib 3a is formed in a portion 3. Of course, Figure 4 a~
The mounting bracket 1 can also be formed by combining the parts shown in FIGS. 5a to 5d. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the mounting bracket according to the present invention has the feature that it is possible to strongly lock and fix the wall material through surface contact with the line and also through elasticity. Further, since the above-mentioned mounting brackets fix the upper and lower wall materials, the wall materials are reliably fixed to the frame by the upper and lower mounting brackets. Furthermore, since the installation using this mounting bracket is a drop-in type, the installation is easy and does not require any skill. Furthermore, since the wall material is not directly nailed into the wall material, damage to the wall material can be prevented.
