Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は金属板−断熱材−裏面材からなるサン
ドイツチ構造の複合板、あるいは珪酸カルシウム
板、石膏板、セメント板、陶板、磁器板からなる
硬質基板で、その長手方向の両側縁に相決り型の
雄、雌型の連結構造を有する横張り用板部材(以
下、単に建材という)を横張り状に施工する際に
有用な取付金具に関するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 一般に前記した複合板、硬質基板を間柱、主柱
等に固定するには釘を用いている。しかしながら
釘で直接これら建材を固定した場合には次のよう
な欠点があつた。すなわち、複合板においては、
釘の打設部が凹凸になつたり、連結部に躯体に直
結する貫通孔が穿設され、防水性に欠け、躯体、
表面材等が腐食することがあつた。また、硬質基
板を用いた場合は、基板が衝撃に対して極めて弱
く、基板の固定時に破損することが多く、しかも
この種基板は硬いため、基板間の逃げ、遊びを吸
収することができず、極めて施工しにくい建材で
あつた。勿論、釘で固定した場合は点で支持した
構造となり、固定位置も多くする必要があり、そ
れだけ対衝撃性に欠ける基材に打撃を加えること
が多くなる。その上、釘頭が表面に出るため、形
成された壁体の美観性に劣る欠点があつた。 〔考案の目的〕 本考案はこのような欠点を除去するため、建材
を釘で直接固定せず、弾力と線接触によつて固定
し、施工性の向上を図ると共に、複合板に対して
防水性を与え、硬質基材に対して破損率の低減と
納まりを美しく、しかも容易に施工できるように
した取付金具を提案するものである。 〔考案の構成〕 以下に図面を用いて本考案に係る取付金具につ
いて詳細に説明する。第1図は上記取付金具の代
表的な一例を示す斜視図であり、は取付金具で
弾力性を利用するために1枚の金属板をプレス、
成形機等で成形したものである。さらに説明する
と、取付金具は固定部2と立ち上がり部3と係
合片4と係止部5と係止片6とからなる。固定部
2は第2図に示すように間柱、主柱等の躯体Aに
取付金具を釘Bを介して固定するためのもので
ある。なお固定部2には金属板の板厚によつて取
付孔2aを複数個穿設したり、端部に補強および
危険防止のための補助係止片2bを形成すること
が好ましい。また立ち上がり部3は固定部2に対
して直角に折り曲げたものであり、その高さH1
H2は建材Cの連結部の板厚T1,T2によつて定ま
る。立ち上がり部3の先端は3つに分割され、両
端部を上方に屈曲して係合片4を、中央部を幾分
突出して段差ΔHを形成し、さらにこの先端を下
方に屈曲して係止部5を形成する。さらに説明す
ると、係合片4は第2図に示すように、上段の建
材C1の窪部Dに係合し、建材C1の挟持構造によ
るストツパとして機能するものである。特に係合
片4の存在により建材Cは落とし込み式の工法に
よつて壁体を形成でき、下段より順に積み重ねる
ようにして壁体を形成できるため、施工が容易と
なる。また係合片4の長さl1、角度θ1は建材Cの
端部に設けた窪部Dの傾斜、および深さによつて
きまるものである。また係止部5は、立ち上がり
部3の先端の一部を下方にθ2で屈曲し、その先端
を内方へ角度θ3で屈曲して係止片6を形成したも
のであり、係止片6の高さhは建材Cの突条Eに
よつて定まるものである。特に係止片6は第2図
に示すように下段の建材C2の突条Eを引つ掛け
るようにし、係止部5をガイドとして機能させ、
さらに下段の建材C2を取付金具自体による弾
性によつて係止、固定するものである。このよう
に係合片4、係止部5、係止片6により建材C1
C2の納まりを一定に保持すると共に、確実に躯
体Aに固定し、かつ、施工が容易となる。 〔その他の実施例〕 以上説明したのは本考案に係る取付金具の一実
施例にすぎず第3図a〜f、第4図a〜gに示す
ように形成することもできる。すなわち、第3図
aは係止片6のθ3を鋭角に形成した取付金具
b図は係合片4の先端にはぜ状の舌片4aを設け
た取付金具、c図は係止片6の先端に舌片6a
を設けた取付金具、d図は係止部5の途中に凹
部5aを設けた取付金具、e図は係止部5を半
円状に形成した取付金具、f図は固定部2の先
端を図示するように形成した取付金具である。
また第4図aは立ち上がり部3の中間を切り抜い
て下方に延長し、下部底面7を設けた取付金具
1、b図は係合片4を中間にし、両側に係止部5
を設けた取付金具、c図は係合片4と係止部5
とを図示するように形成した取付金具、d〜g
図は固定部2、係止部5、立ち上がり部3に補強
リブ8を設けた取付金具である。なお、図示し
ないが、第3図a〜f、第4図a〜gをそれぞれ
組み合わせた形状の取付金具とすることもでき
る。 〔考案の効果〕 上述したように本考案に係る取付金具によれ
ば、建材を垂直に押しつける線接触で、しかも
弾性を介して強力に係止し、固定できる、さらに
係止片が突条をガイドとするため施工性が向上
する特徴がある。また、上段の建材を係合し、
また下段の建材を挟持すると共に、引つ掛けるた
め、建材を確実に、かつ、容易に施工できる特徴
がある。その上、建材は落とし込み式によつて
壁体を形成できると共に、建材に直接釘を打設し
ないため、釘頭が表面にでることもなく、破壊率
も減少し、また貫通孔ができないため、施工
性、防水性、美観性にすぐれた壁体を形成するこ
とができる。さらに取付金具自体も建材に隠れ
るため、外観良く施工できる効果がある。
