【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は主に横張り用の乾式外壁材装着時にお
ける、縦目地部を覆う目地カバー(以下、単にカ
バーという)を装着するための目地カバー係止体
(以下、単に係止体という)に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 一般にパネルを用いて横張り状に施工した壁に
は、パネル端部が相互に対面する部分、所謂目地
が形成され、この目地に対して、防水材、化粧材
となるカバーが打設されているのが普通である。
即ち、従来から使用されているカバーは、目地上
に目地幅より広い幅のカバーを敷設し、このカバ
ーの上から釘を脳天打ちすることによりカバーを
目地部に固定していた。その結果、壁表面には釘
頭が直接露出するため、防水、および美観上から
大きな欠点となつていた。そこで、このような欠
点を改善した目地装置としては、実公昭54−
26647号が知られている。しかしながら、この装
置、特に取付座板は成形が困難であるばかりでな
く、防水性、施工性に欠ける欠点がある。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 本考案はこのような欠点を除去するため、パネ
ルが当接する部分に立上り部を設け、その立上り
部に、目地カバーを嵌合する嵌合孔を形成してカ
バーを確実に係止すると共に、防水性、施工性、
美観性を大幅に改善した係止体を提案するもので
ある。 〔実施例〕 以下に図面を用いて、本考案に係る係止体の一
実施例について詳細に説明する。すなわち、第1
図は上記係止体の代表的な一例例を示す斜視図で
あり、金属板、または合成樹脂材をロール成形、
または、押し出し、引き抜き、射出成形などによ
り成形した係止体である。さらに説明すると、
は係止体で、例えば金属板(カラー鋼板、塩ビ鋼
板、アルミニウム板、ステンレス板、銅板など)、
合成樹脂板から所定形状に形成したものである。

パネルAと後記するカバーBの相対的な関係によ
つて定まるものであり、パネルAが係止体、お
よびカバーBにより完全に密閉された状態になる
ものである。なお、立上り部4の高さH、第2図
に示すようにパネルAの高さをH1とすると、H
≦H1の関係であり、パネルA装着時にパネルA
より立上り部4が突設しない高さである。さら
に、嵌合孔5は立上り部4上に、嵌合片5aが形
成されるように穿設するものであり、主に第5図
a〜cに示すようなカバーBの係合片7を係合し
て、カバーBを離脱しないように係合すると共に
安定面としての機能をも具備するものである。ま
た、その穿設は連続状(長尺体の両端は除く)も
しくは複数個間隔を有して設けるものであり、そ
の形状は、図では四角形状であるが、長円状、台
形状、三角形状と任意である。その間隔W1は小
さい程係合は確実となるが、材質の強度上問題が
ない程度に残すものである。なお、カバーBの係
合片7は、係止体の嵌合孔5の形状、設置位置
により定まる複数個の突起からなり、確実に嵌合
孔5の嵌合片5aに係止されるものである。そこ

ませて形成した凹溝2bを形成し、雨水漏水時の
流水路とした係止体、e,f図は嵌合部3先端
を、半円状、三角形状に形成した係止体、g図
は立上り部4の高さHをパネルAの厚さH1と同
等とすると共に、立上り部4上部に水平面3aを
設けて、カバーB装着後のガタを除去した係止体
