[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is a joint cover (hereinafter simply referred to as a cover) that serves as a decorative and waterproof material for the joints when forming the vertical joints of a wall for covering. ). [Prior Art] Generally, when panels are used to form a wall for covering, so-called joints are formed where the ends of the panels face each other, and a cover that serves as a waterproofing material or a decorative material is applied to these joints. It is normal because it is poured. In other words, conventionally used cover materials are made by laying a cover wider than the joint width, and fixing the cover by driving nails into the top of the cover, or by pulling the bottom end to the side joint of the panel. Generally known are covers whose upper ends are fixed with nails or the like, or those in which the gaps between the joints are simply filled with joint material. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when vertical joints are formed as described above, fixing tools such as nails are exposed on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance, being inferior in waterproofness and workability, and being susceptible to earthquakes etc. There was a risk that the joint cover would come off. [Means for solving the problem] In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention creates a rectangular decorative surface part by forming a board material using a roll, press, etc. for a floorboard having fitting grooves. A longitudinal section is formed in a T-shape from an engaging part that protrudes from the center of the back surface of the decorative surface part and gradually increases in height from the upper end to the lower end to form a slope. a lower edge which is folded back inward and extended to approximately the center of the back surface of the decorative surface portion, and a rising portion where the tip of the lower edge is bent outward;
It consists of a plurality of engaging protrusions protruding outward on the rising part, and a horizontal joint cover piece bent inward is provided on the lower edge of the decorative surface part.
The present invention proposes a cover that improves waterproofness and aesthetics, has good workability, and does not come off by simply engaging the engaging portion of the cover with the joint cover locking body (padding board). [Embodiment] An embodiment of the cover according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned cover. Reference numeral 1 denotes the cover, which is formed from a plate material into a T-shaped cross section by roll forming, press forming, or injection molding. To explain in more detail, the cover 1 is made of a plate thickness and material that can exhibit elasticity, such as a metal plate (color steel plate, PVC steel plate, aluminum plate, etc.).
It is formed from a stainless steel plate, a copper plate, etc.) into the above-mentioned cross-sectional shape. That is, the cover 1 is formed from a decorative surface part 2, an engaging part 5 provided longitudinally protruding from the center of the back surface of the decorative surface part 2 , and a horizontal joint cover piece 6 provided at the lower edge of the decorative surface part 2. Cosmetic surface part 2
has a rectangular shape, and its length L is the inner and outer wall material, such as the decorative surface of panel A, as shown in Figure 3.
The widths L 1 and L 2 of A 1 and A 2 are set in a relationship such that L=L 1 =L 2 . Further, the width T of the decorative surface portion 2 has a relationship of T>W with the width W of the vertical joint r shown in FIG. It is intended to come into surface contact with the decorative surface of A, and to strengthen its waterproof function and improve its aesthetic appearance. In addition, the thickness t has the relationship of, for example, 2△t≦t≦3△t, where the plate thickness is △t, which minimizes the level difference between the decorative surface of panel A and the cover 1 , and makes vertical joints less noticeable. It is. In addition, the engaging part 5 is provided by folding back both ends of the decorative surface part 2 inwardly, bending the tips of the extended lower edges 2a and 2b outward by, for example, 90 degrees, protruding, and increasing the height from the upper end to the lower end. A rising part 3 having a slope with a gradually increasing height, and a rising part 3 protruding outward from the surface of the rising part 3,
For example, it is composed of a plurality of engagement protrusions 4 formed in a wedge shape. That is, the two rising parts 3 are elastically deformable and protrude from the center of the back surface of the decorative surface part 2 with a gap as described below, and the height thereof is determined by the inclination angle of the decorative surface of panel A,
and joint cover locking body B to which cover 1 is attached.
It is determined by Note that whether the height of the fitting groove of the locking body B is the same or sloped is selected depending on the shape of the rising portion 3 of the cover 1 . In addition, a gap 5a formed by the rising portion 3
The width ΔW is provided to strengthen the engagement force, provide space for elastic deformation of the rising portion 3, and improve workability, and is determined relatively by the joint cover locking body B. . Furthermore, the engagement protrusion 4 has a second
It has a shape as shown in the figure (Fig. 1, E-A sectional view) and is designed to engage with the fitting groove 8 of the joint cover locking body B described later to fix the cover 1 on the panel A. , shape, width, height, number of installations, and installation position are arbitrary, but in terms of engagement force and workability, the number of installations is 2 or more, and a location about L/4 from both ends to the length L. preferable. In addition, the height h1 increases toward the lower end, and as shown in FIG. If the height of the joint cover locking body B to the locking protrusion 9 is h2 , then the relationship H≒ h1 + h2 exists, and after the cover 1 is attached, the lower edges 2a and 2b will be on the decorative surface of the panel A. This ensures surface contact and greatly improves waterproofness and aesthetics. The horizontal joint cover piece 6 covers the step part of the panel A,
Its angle is equal to the angle of the stepped portion of panel A, and its height h is in the relationship H = H 1 = H 2 with the heights H 1 and H 2 of the stepped portion of panel A shown in Figure 3. This aims to improve the waterproofness of the side joints and the ease of construction. In addition, on both sides of the horizontal joint cover piece 6,
If necessary, an inwardly curved tongue piece 7 can be provided. [Example of construction] Next, an example of construction will be described using FIGS. 3 to 6 (the joint cover locking body B is omitted in FIGS. 3 and 6). First, the joint cover locking body B having the fitting groove 8 is fixed on the building frame α (the waterproof sheet is omitted) via the nail β, and the end of the panel A is brought into contact with the rising surfaces of both of them, and the nail Fix panel A with B. In this way, panel A is fixed from the base to the girder, and the vertical joint r formed thereby
From the base to the girder or from the girder to the base, the engaging portions 5 of the cover 1 are sequentially engaged with the fitting grooves 8 of the joint cover locking body B corresponding to the decorative surfaces A 1 and A 2 of the panel A. , which form the vertical joints of the wall. The wall thus formed has excellent waterproofness and aesthetics, and after the cover 1 is attached, the cover 1 is always supported under elasticity on the decorative surface of the panel A, ensuring reliable attachment. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the cover 1 according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 7a-r and 8a-d. In Fig. 7, figure a shows a cover 1 with an engaging protrusion 4 provided only on one side of the rising part 3, and figures b to d show an engaging protrusion 4 formed in a triangular, semicircular, or square shape as shown. Cover, Fig. e shows a cover 1 formed with a stabilizing surface 4a on the engagement protrusion 4 to remove looseness after the cover 1 is installed, Fig. Figure G shows a cover 1 with an engaging protrusion 4 protruding from only one side; Figure G shows a cover 1 with the engaging protrusion 4 shown in Figure F protruding from both sides; Figure H shows an engaging opening 4b of the engaging protrusion 4. Cover 1 , i installed so that it is facing downwards
The figure shows a cover 1 with the engagement protrusions 4 punched out without cutting them out, and figure j shows the protrusions 2 on the lower edges 2a and 2b.
Fig. c shows a cover 1 with grooves formed thereon, Fig. K shows a cover 1 with the lower edges 2a and 2b formed in a wavy shape as shown in the figure, Fig. L shows a side decorative surface 2d with both sides of the decorative surface section 2 bent at an obtuse angle. The cover 1 with the
Cover 1 with rising part 3 bent in a V-shape, Figure n shows cover 1 with void 5a removed, Figure O shows decorative surface part 2
A cover 1 is provided with one or more decorative protrusions 2e, and as shown in Figure P, a caulking material 10 is provided.
Fig. q shows a cover 1 with an engaging protrusion 4 cut out from the tip of the rising part 3, and Fig. r shows a cover 1 with an engaging protrusion 4 protruding inward from the rising part 3. The cover 1 is designed to have enhanced waterproof function, enhanced engagement force, and improved aesthetics. In addition, in FIG. 8, a to c are covers 1 formed in semicircular, square, and triangular shapes to illustrate the shapes of the engagement openings 4b of the engagement protrusions 4, and FIG. This is a cover 1 provided with an engaging protrusion 4 formed in an elongated shape along. Although not shown, it is also possible to connect a plurality of covers 1 to form a cover 1 having a plurality of stages of decorative surface portions 2 . [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the cover according to the invention,
It is easy to install because the cover can be attached after the panels are finished. The engaging part of the cover can be fixed by simply engaging with the joint cover locking body without using a fixing tool such as a nail. Since the cover is flush with the decorative surface of the panel, horizontal joints are not separated, improving aesthetics. Since the cover is always supported under elasticity and is in surface contact with the panel, distortions, dents, etc. do not appear on the decorative surface, and the cover is highly waterproof.
The joint cover is firmly attached to the fitting groove of the joint cover locking body due to its elasticity, and there is no risk of it coming off.
