【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は横張り用乾式壁材(以下、単に壁材と
いう)を用いて内、外壁を形成する場合、壁材の
長手方向の継目、所謂縦目地部における化粧材兼
防水材となる縦目地用ジヨイナ(以下、単にジヨ
イナという)に関するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 一般に壁材を用いて横張り用壁体、例えばヨロ
イ張り状壁体を形成した際には壁材端部が相互に
対面する部分、所謂目地が形成され、この目地に
対して防水材、化粧材となるジヨイナが打設され
ているのが普通である。すなわち、従来から使用
されているジヨイナは目地幅より広い幅のジヨイ
ナを敷設し、このジヨイナの上から釘を脳天打ち
することによりジヨイナを固定したり、下端部を
壁材、横目地部に引つかけ、上端部を壁材の上か
ら釘等で固定するジヨイナ、あるいは単に目地部
間隙に目地材を充填したものなどが一般的に知ら
れている。 〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕 しかしながら、上記により縦目地を形成した場
合には、釘等の固定具が化粧面に露出し、美観を
損ない、防水性、施工性に劣り、地震などにより
カバーが離脱するおそれがあつた。さらに、ヨロ
イ張りの1段1段に対し取り付けるジヨイナは、
ジヨイナの取り付けを壁材の1段の施工と同時に
行われなければならず、施工性に劣る欠点があつ
た。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 本考案はこのような欠点を除去するため、壁材
の化粧面と同じ形状のカバー化粧面を持ち、壁体
の横のラインを途中で破断するのを防止して美観
性の向上を図り、かつカバー化粧面の一端には、
上方に突出すると共に、カバー化粧面より狭い幅
の固定部を形成しまた他端には、内方に突出した
係止片を有する係止部を形成し、ジヨイナの離脱
を防止すると共に釘頭の露出を防ぎ、壁材を施工
した後に取り付けるよにして、施工性を向上した
ジヨイナを提案するものである。 〔実施例〕 以下に図面を用いて本考案に係る代表的な一実
施例について詳細に説明する。第1図は上記ジヨ
イナを示す斜視図であり、金属板(カラー鋼
板、塩ビ鋼板、アルミニム板、ステンレス板、銅
板、クラツド鋼板、サンドイツチ鋼板などでエン
ボス加工板も含む)、あるいは合成樹脂板をロー
ル成形、押出成形、射出成形、プレス成形等によ
り形成したものである。すなわち、ジヨイナ
カバー化粧面、固定部、係止部とから形成
したものである。このカバー化粧面は、例えば
第2図に示すような壁材Aの化粧面Bの縦目地部
における端縁を被覆するものであり、壁材Aの長
手方向の継目を被覆し、雨水の壁体内部への浸入
を防止するものである。その形状は壁材Aの化粧
面Bの形状に準じたものであり、例えば第2図の
ようにヨロイ張り式、すなわち化粧面Bが傾斜化
粧面B1と段差化粧面B2とからなる壁材Aを使用
する場合は、傾斜化粧面B1を被覆する斜面3と、
段差化粧面B2を被覆する段差面4とから構成さ
れるものである。もちろん、斜面3の長さl1、段
差面4の長さl2、斜面3と段差面4の角度θ1は壁
材Aの傾斜化粧面B1の長さl3、段差化粧面B2の長

は横張り形状のものであり、材質、素材は問わな
いものである。 次に施工例について簡単に説明する。いま第2
図に示すような壁材Aを用いて壁体を形成し、第
1図示すジヨイナを用いて第3図、第4図(第
3図イーイ断面図)に示すような縦目地を形成す
ると仮定する。まず間柱、胴縁、防水シート等か
らなる壁下地(図では間柱のみを示す)αの縦目
地形成位置に〓状の敷目板rを配設、固定する。
この敷目板rは縦目地における防水下地となると
共に壁材Aを配設する際のガイドとなるものであ
る。次に敷目板rをはさんで両側に壁材Aを土台
から桁に向かつて、あるいは壁材Aの種類によつ
ては桁から土台に向かつて配設し壁面を形成す
る。次に縦目地の下段から、壁材Aの化粧面Bを
カバー化粧面で被覆し、係止部を壁材Aの嵌
合溝B3に、ジヨイナを上方に押し上方に押し
上げるようにして係合し、釘打設片6を敷目板r
に当接し、釘βで固定する。このようにして下段
より上段に向かつてジヨイナを取り付けること
により壁体の縦目地を形成する。なお、敷目板r
は第5図a〜cに示すような断面形状のものも使
用可能である。また敷目板rを使用せず、縦目地
において壁材Aを一定間隔の間隙を開け、この間
隙を覆うようにジヨイナを取り付けることも可
能である。 以上説明したのは本考案に係るジヨイナの一
実施例にすぎず、第6図a〜j〜第9図a〜pに
示すように形成することもできる。すなわち第6
図a〜jはカバー化粧面の変形例であり、a〜
c図は傾面3の両端に、半円状、三角形状あるい
は四角形状の化粧突起3aを形成したカバー化粧
、d,e図は斜面3に、凹条3b、あるいは
凸条3cを一本以上形成したカバー化粧面
f,g図は斜面3の両端を鈍角で傾斜して側面化
