[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] When forming internal and external walls using horizontal drywall material (hereinafter simply referred to as wall material), the present invention is applicable to the longitudinal joints of the wall material, This invention relates to a jointer for vertical joints (hereinafter simply referred to as jointer) that serves as a decorative and waterproof material for so-called vertical joints. [Prior Art] Generally, when wall materials are used to form a horizontal wall, for example, a wall for covering, a so-called joint is formed where the ends of the wall material face each other. It is common for concrete to be cast as a waterproof and decorative material. In other words, with conventional jointers, a jointer with a width wider than the joint width is laid down, and the jointer is fixed by driving a nail through the top of the jointer, or the lower end is attached to a wall material or a side joint. Commonly known jointers are those in which the upper end is fixed with nails or the like, or those in which the gaps between the joints are simply filled with joint material. [Problems that the invention aims to solve] However, when vertical joints are formed as described above, fixing tools such as nails are exposed on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance, being inferior in waterproofness and workability, and causing problems such as earthquakes. There was a risk that the cover would come off. In addition, the jointer attached to each stage of the armor tension,
The installation of the jointer had to be done at the same time as the construction of the first stage of wall material, which had the disadvantage of poor workability. [Means for solving the problem] In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention has a cover decorative surface that has the same shape as the decorative surface of the wall material and prevents the horizontal line of the wall from breaking midway. In order to prevent this and improve the aesthetic appearance, one end of the cover decorative surface is
An outwardly protruding engagement portion consisting of an engagement groove formed in a U-shape in cross section is provided on the decorative side of the cover, and a locking portion having an inwardly projecting locking piece is formed at the other end. This method prevents the jointer from coming off and exposes the nail head, and also makes the width of the engaging part and the locking part smaller than the width of the cover decorative surface, and places the jointer in the gap formed between the vertical joints of the wall material. This project proposes a construction method that improves workability by installing the wall material and installing it after the wall material has been constructed. [Embodiment] A typical embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned jointer 1 , and shows metal plates (color steel plate, PVC steel plate, aluminum cam plate, stainless steel plate,
It is formed from copper plates, clad steel plates, sandwiched steel plates (including embossed plates), or synthetic resin plates by roll molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, press molding, etc. That is, the jointer 1 is formed from a cover decorative surface 2 , an engaging portion 5 , and a locking portion 9 . This cover decorative surface 2 covers the edges of the vertical joints of the decorative surface B of wall material A as shown in FIG. 2, for example, and covers the longitudinal joints of wall material A and prevents rainwater. This prevents infiltration into the inside of the wall. Its shape is based on the shape of the decorative surface B of the wall material A, and for example, as shown in Fig. 2, it is a wall with an overlay type, that is, a wall where the decorative surface B consists of an inclined decorative surface B 1 and a stepped decorative surface B 2 . When using material A, a slope 3 covering slope decorative surface B 1 ,
It is composed of a stepped surface 4 covering a stepped decorative surface B2 . Of course, the length l 1 of the slope 3, the length l 2 of the step surface 4, and the angle θ 1 between the slope 3 and the cross-section surface 4 are as follows.
Length l 3 of the inclined decorative surface B 1 of wall material A, length l 4 of the stepped decorative surface B 2 , angle θ 2 between the inclined decorative surface B 1 and the stepped decorative surface B 2
The relationships are as follows: l 1 ≒ l 3 , l 2 ≒ l 4 , and θ 1 ≒ θ 2 . This allows the horizontal lines formed on the wall by wall material A to be formed without separating them with vertical joints.
This relationship allows for the formation of a wall that is rich in design. The engagement portion 5 is formed in a part of the edge of the slope 3 that protrudes outward, and includes an engagement groove 6 formed in a U-shape on the upper edge of the cover decorative surface 2 .
, a nail driving piece 7 that protrudes by bending the edge of the outer surface of the engagement groove 6 outward, and a tongue piece 8 that is formed by bending the tip of the nail driving piece 7 into a seam shape as necessary. It was formed from. To explain further, the engagement groove 6 engages a locking piece 10, which will be described later, and also serves to deflect rain and prevent rainwater from entering the nailing piece 7. The nailing piece 7 is a part that is fixed to the wall base using fixing tools such as nails at a position where rainwater does not enter.
The locking part 9 consists of a locking piece 10 that bends a part of the lower end of the stepped surface 4 inward and projects, and a tongue piece 11 that is formed by bending the tip of the locking piece 10 into a seam shape, if necessary. The locking piece 10 is locked in the engagement groove 6. Therefore, the jointer 1 has the engaging portion 5 and the locking portion 9 .
That is, since it is fixed at both ends, it can be prevented from coming off the wall. In addition, the depth of the engagement groove 6 is l 5 , the width of the engagement part 5 is W 1 , and the length of the locking piece 10 is
l 6 and the width is W 2 , the relationship is l 5 ≒ l 6 , W 1 = W 2 , and the width W of the cover decorative surface 2 is W 1 <W,
There is a relationship of W 2 <W. When forming the wall, a gap is created at the vertical joint with a width equal to or larger than W1 but smaller than W , and in this gap the engagement part 5 and the locking part 9 are connected, and the joint 1
This is to fix the wall to the base of the wall. For this reason,
The jointer 1 can be installed after the wall material A is fixed to the wall base, improving workability. In addition, a flap-like tongue piece is provided at the end of the cover decorative surface 2 in the short direction and at the lower end of the step surface 4 excluding the locking piece 10, as shown in the figure .
It is also possible to improve the strength and safety during construction. Furthermore, the wall material A is horizontally stretched and may be made of any material. Next, a construction example will be briefly explained. Now the second
It is assumed that a wall is formed using wall material A as shown in the figure, and vertical joints as shown in FIG. 3 are formed using a jointer shown in FIG. First, the studs, rim,
A cross-shaped sill plate r is arranged at the vertical joint formation position of the wall base α (only the studs are shown in the figure) made of a waterproof sheet or the like. This siding board r serves as a waterproof base for the vertical joints and also serves as a guide when installing the wall material A. Next, the wall material A is placed on both sides of the paving board r from the base to the girder, or depending on the type of wall material A, from the girder to the base to form a wall surface. Next, from the lower level of the vertical joint, the decorative surface B of the wall material A is covered with the cover decorative surface 2 , and the locking piece 10 is engaged with the engagement groove 6 of the jointer 1 at the lower level, and the nailing piece 7 is brought into contact with the paving board r and fixed with nails β. In this way, move from the lower stage to the upper stage .
By attaching it, vertical joints of the wall are formed. Incidentally, it is also possible to use the cross-sectional shapes of the cross-section plates r as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4c. Also, the mat board r
It is also possible to create gaps at regular intervals in the wall material A at the vertical joints, and install the jointer 1 so as to cover these gaps. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the jointer 1 according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 5 a to 7 a to e. That is, the fifth
Figures a to j show modified examples of the engagement part 5 , in which figure a shows the engagement part 5 in which the tongue piece 8 is formed in the shape of a flap on the top, and figures b to e show the engagement part 5 in which the engagement groove 6 is formed as shown in the figure. Engagement part 5 , f,
Figure g shows the nail driving piece 7 and the lower edge 6a of the engagement groove 6.
Engagement part 5 with step h, h and i figure are engagement groove 6
Engagement part 5 with protrusion 6b provided inside, figure j shows engagement groove 6
The engaging portion 5 is provided with a protrusion 6c on the upper portion thereof. 6A to 6H show modified examples of the locking portion 9 , and FIG.
The figure shows a locking part 9 in which the locking piece 10 is almost doubled, the figure e shows a locking part 9 in which the locking piece 10 is formed at an angle, and the figure f shows a locking part 9 in which the locking piece 10 is formed in an L-shape. Parts 9 , , and g show locking portions 9 and 9 in which protrusions 10a are formed on the locking pieces 10.
Figure h shows a locking portion 9 in which a groove 10b is formed on the locking piece 10. Moreover, FIGS. 7a to 7e mainly show modified examples of the cover decorative surface 2 , and FIGS. 7a to 7c show the cover decorative surface 2 modified by the decorative surface B of the wall material A, and FIG. A jointer 1 having a cover decorative surface 2 formed in a step or a plurality of steps, FIG . In the figure, the jointer 1 has a cover decorative surface 2 in which a horizontal surface 2b is also provided between the slope 3 and the engaging portion 5 . In addition, figure d shows a jointer 1 in which a rain cover piece 2c is formed on the edge of the cover decorative surface 2 on the engaging part 5 side (excluding the engaging part 5 part), and the angle between the rain cover piece 2c and the slope 3 is When θ 3 is the length of the rain return piece 2c and l 7 is the length of the rain return piece 2c, the relationship is θ 1 ≈θ 3 and l 7 ≦l 2 . In Figure e, a caulking material 12 is planted at the position indicated by the dashed line on the back side of the cover decorative surface 2 to further strengthen the adhesion with the wall material A and improve waterproofness. It is made of a hot melt adhesive (including one that expands to about 2 to 5 times the size), a molded packing material, or a hot melt adhesive with a non-adhesive packing material. Of course, it is also possible to create a jointer 1 that combines each of FIGS. 4 to 7. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the joint according to the invention, the horizontal lines formed by the wall material are not separated by vertical joints, and the nail heads are not exposed to the outside, so the design of the wall is improved. can be improved. Furthermore, since the jointer can be installed after the wall material is constructed, construction efficiency is improved. Moreover, since it is fixed on both sides of the joint, it will not come off from the wall. It has the following characteristics.
