[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is a joint cover (hereinafter simply referred to as a cover) that serves as a decorative and waterproof material for the joints when forming the vertical joints of a wall for covering. It is related to. [Prior Art] Generally, when panels are used to form a wall for covering, so-called joints are formed where the ends of the panels face each other, and a cover that serves as a waterproofing material or a decorative material is applied to these joints. It is normal for the concrete to be installed. In other words, conventionally used cover materials are made by laying a cover wider than the joint width, and fixing the cover by driving nails into the top of the cover, or by pulling the bottom end to the side joint of the panel. Generally known are covers whose upper ends are fixed with nails or the like, or those where joint material is simply filled between the joints. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when vertical joints are formed as described above, fixing tools such as nails are exposed on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance, being inferior in waterproofness and workability, and causing problems such as earthquakes. There was a risk that the cover would come off. [Means for solving the problem] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a joint cover locking body (padding board) having a fitting groove.
A narrow width decorative piece is formed by forming a plate material using rolls, presses, etc. to correspond to the shape of the decorative end of the panel, and the longitudinal edges of the decorative piece are bent inward to reach the center of the back side of the decorative piece. a decorative surface part consisting of an extended back bottom piece; a rising part formed from the top end to the bottom end of the back bottom piece so as to protrude outward, and having a shape substantially identical to the cross-sectional shape of the panel; The engaging portion is formed into a T-shape in longitudinal cross section, and the engaging portion is formed of a plurality of engaging protrusions protruding outwardly so as to be insertable. By forming a horizontal joint fitting part on the ground engaging part and the upper edge, the engaging part of the cover and the fitting groove of the joint cover locking body can be engaged, and the horizontal joint engaging part and the horizontal joint can be fitted. The present invention proposes a cover that has a double engagement structure in which the parts engage, and that improves waterproofness and aesthetics by simply engaging without using nails, and is also easy to install and does not come off. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the cover according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned cover. Reference numeral 1 denotes the cover, which is formed from a plate material into a T-shaped cross section by roll forming, press forming, or injection molding. To explain further, the cover 1 is made of a plate thickness and material that can exhibit elasticity, such as a metal plate (color steel plate, PVC steel plate, aluminum plate, etc.).
It is formed from a stainless steel plate, a copper plate, etc.) into the above-mentioned cross-sectional shape. That is, the cover 1 includes a decorative surface part 2 , an engaging part 4 protruding along the longitudinal direction at the center of the back surface thereof, a horizontal joint engaging part 7 provided at the lower edge of the decorative surface part 2 , and a horizontal joint engaging part 7 formed at the upper edge. Horizontal joint fitting part 8
It was formed from. The decorative surface portion 2 has a shape corresponding to the decorative surfaces A 1 and A 2 of the panel A as shown in FIG. The back bottom piece 3 is bent toward the side and extends to the center of the back side of the decorative surface part 2 .
It is more than that. The length of the decorative piece 2a is L, the height of the decorative piece 2b is H, the angle between the decorative piece 2a and the decorative piece 2b is θ1 , and the width of the decorative surface A1 of panel A shown in FIG. The height of surface A 2 is h 1 , the decorative surface
If the angle between A 1 and A 2 is θ 2 , then L≒, H≒h 1 ,
The relationship is θ 12 , and the shape corresponds to the decorative end of panel A. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (cross-sectional view of FIG. 1), the width of the decorative surface portion 2 is W, the thickness is t, the plate thickness is Δt, and the width of the vertical joint γ shown in FIG. 5 is W. 1 , the width is narrow with W>W 1 , for example, about 10 mm≦W≦30 mm, and the relationship is about 2Δt≦t≦3Δt. This minimizes the level difference between the decorative surface of the panel A and the cover 1 , makes the vertical joints less noticeable, and improves the aesthetic appearance. The engaging part 4 is provided by bending both ends of the decorative piece 2a inward and extending the tip of the back bottom piece 3 extending to the center of the back surface of the decorative surface part 2 by bending it outward by, for example, 90 degrees, and protruding from the upper end to the lower end. It is composed of a rising portion 5 whose height is gradually increased toward the top to form a slope, and a plurality of engaging protrusions 6 which are formed in, for example, a wedge shape and project outward from the surface of the rising portion 5. That is, two rising parts 5 are provided protruding from the center of the back surface of the decorative surface part 2 , and the height thereof depends on the inclination angle of the decorative surface of the panel A and the joint cover locking body B to which the cover 1 is attached. It is determined. Note that whether the height of the fitting groove 9 of the joint cover locking body B to be described later is the same or sloped is determined depending on the shape of the rising portion 5 of the cover 1 . Further, the lower end edge of the rising portion 5 is provided with notches 4a as many as are necessary for connecting a horizontal joint engaging piece 7a and a horizontal joint fitting groove 8b, which will be described later. Furthermore, the engaging protrusion 6 has a shape as shown in FIG. 2, and is fitted into a fitting groove 9 of a joint cover locking body B, which will be described later, to fix the cover 1 on the panel A. The shape, width, and number of installations are arbitrary. The height h increases toward the lower end.
As shown in the figure, if the thickness of panel A is h 2 and the height of joint cover locking body B to fitting claw 10 is h 3 , then there is a relationship of h = h 2 - h 3 , and cover 1 After installation, the back sole piece 3 is in reliable surface contact with the decorative surface of the panel A, and the waterproofness and aesthetics can be greatly improved. The horizontal joint engaging portion 7 is composed of a decorative piece 2b and a horizontal joint engaging piece 7a whose tip is bent inward by about 90 degrees and extended. Further, the horizontal joint fitting portion 8 includes a horizontal joint fitting piece 8a which is formed by bending the upper end edge of the decorative piece 2a, and a horizontal joint fitting groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed by the horizontal joint fitting piece 8a and the decorative piece 2a. 8b, and by fitting the horizontal joint engaging piece 7a, it mainly aims to improve the waterproofness, workability, and engagement force of the horizontal joint part, and the horizontal joint engaging piece 7a 1 for length and 1 for width
W 2 , the depth of the horizontal joint fitting groove 8b is 2 , the width is W 3 ,
Assuming that the depth from the decorative surface A2 of panel A to the deepest part of the connecting groove 11 is 3 , 123 , W 2 ≒ W 3
This relationship is such that they are engaged as shown in FIG. Further, 12 is a tongue piece, which is provided as necessary. [Example of construction] Next, an example of construction will be explained using FIGS. 3 to 6. First, the main body α (the waterproof sheet is omitted)
Connect the joint cover locking body B having the fitting groove 9 on the top with the nail β.
The ends of panel A are brought into contact with both rising surfaces, and panel A is fixed with nails β. In this way, panel A is fixed from the base to the girder,
At the vertical joint γ thus formed, from the base to the girder, the engaging portion 4 of the cover 1 is sequentially connected to the fitting groove 9 of the joint cover locking body B corresponding to the decorative surfaces A 1 and A 2 of the panel A. The cover br/>- 1 is pushed upward and engaged and fixed to form vertical joints in the wall. The wall formed in this way is waterproof,
It has excellent aesthetics, and after the cover 1 is installed, it is always supported under elasticity on the decorative surfaces A 1 and A 2 of the panel A , ensuring reliable installation. Note that accessories such as a starter and a base drainer are used for the base. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the cover 1 according to the present invention, and the cover 1 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 7 to 11. Of course, it is also possible to combine each of FIGS. 7 to 11 to form the cover 1. [Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention has the following advantages. Such a cover has good workability because the cover can be attached after the panel has been put up.The engaging part of the cover can be fixed by simply engaging with the joint cover retaining body without using fixing tools such as nails. .Since the cover is flush with the decorative surface of the panel, the horizontal joints are not divided, improving aesthetics. The cover is always supported under elasticity and is in surface contact with the panel surface, so there is no distortion or sagging. etc. do not appear on the decorative surface, and it is also waterproof.
The elasticity ensures that the joint cover is attached to the fitting groove of the joint cover locking body, and there is no risk of it coming off. Since the horizontal joint fitting part is formed at the upper end and the horizontal joint engaging part is formed at the lower end, waterproofness is greatly improved. It has the following characteristics and effects.
