【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は建築、構築物、物置などの出隅役物の
化粧パネルを装着するのに有用な取付具に関す
る。特に外装材を施工した後で出隅を構成する際

以下に図面を用いて本考案に係る取付具につい
て詳細に説明する。第1図は上記取付具の一例を
示す斜視図であり、1は取付具で弾性を有する板
材、例えば表面処理鋼板、ガルフアン、アルミニ
ウム板、ステンレス板、ばね鋼板、合成樹脂板等
の1種からなり、これを長方形状に裁断し、所定
形状に成形した割型材2と嵌合用割型材8とをθ1
=90゜に組み合せた構成からなるものである。す
なわち、割型材2は第2図aに示すように平板状
の固定部とその短尺方向の一側端縁に設けた係止
部4と他側端縁に形成した補強突起7とから構成
したものである。さらに説明すると、係止部4は
固定部3の一側端縁を外方へ角度θ2で折り曲げて
ガイド用スベリ面5を形成し、さらに延長すると
共に内方へ2回屈曲して、受け面6を設け、断面
をフツク状としたものであり、図示しない出隅化
粧パネルを弾性変形を介して離脱なく、確実に係
止するのに役立つものである。なお、角度θ2は15
〜165゜位、固定部3表面と平行に引き出した線と
接触する係止部までの高さH1はH1≧H2であり、
受け面6の先端は固定部3の裏面3aの位置より
内方には存在しない。また、受け面6の固定部3
に対する角度θ3は係止部4の大きさによつて任意
に定まるが、図示しない出隅用化粧パネルの係合
部端が離脱しにくい角度、例えば20〜90゜位であ
る。さらに、ガイド用スベリ面5の長さl1、受け
面6の長さl2は角度θ2,θ3によつて定まる。また、
補強突起7は固定部3の他側端縁を外方へ略直角
(θ4=90゜)に折り曲げ、次に内方に2回屈曲して
略3角形状の横断面に形成したものであり、高さ
H2はH1≦H2である。なお、好ましい高さH2は
補強突起7の一部分が図示しない化粧パネルの裏
面との間に装着した際に、僅かな間隙が形成され
る寸法である。また、嵌合用割型材8は第2図b
に示すように固定部9と係止部10と嵌合部13
とからなり、係止部10は固定部9の短尺方向の
一側端縁を外方へ折り曲げ、次に内方に2回屈曲
