【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は建築、構築物の内、外装の壁体、特に
横張り壁体を形成するのに有用なサイデイングボ
ード(以下、単にボードという)に関するもので
ある。 〔従来の技術〕 従来から使用されているこの種ボードとしては
特公昭51−29339号、実公昭51−11882号、
実公昭54−26649号などがある。しかしながら、
上記ボードにおいては種々の問題があつた。すな
わち、のボード(下見板)では雨水が風で吹き
つけられたりすると単なる平板同士の連結構造の
ため、雨水が裏面に漏洩し、胴縁、柱を腐食させ
たり、室内や押入れに湿気を与えたりする欠点が
あつた。またのボードでは下縁の傾斜部の立ち
上がり部までの長さが長いため引張り力に弱く、
目地なしの外装しか形成できない不利があつた。
しかも、本来は目地なしの外装なのに施工者の技
術によつて目地なし、目地ありのバラバラな幅の
目地からなる外装となると共に、施工の際に立ち
上がり部で負傷する危険があつた。また、この種
ボードは化粧面に補強部分がなく、捩じれたり、
反つたりする不利があつた。さらに、のボード
は側面の形状が複雑で成形が軟しく、かつ、高価

練を要さずに行なうことができ、かつ雌型連結部
に設けた嵌合溝の内面側に少なくとも1本の突条
を設け、ボードの連結部における連結力、防水性
を大幅に助長したボードを提案するものである。 〔考案の構成〕 以下に図面を用いて本考案に係るボードの代表
的な実施例を詳細に説明する。すなわち、第1図
は上記ボードAを示す斜視図であり、例えば表面
処理鋼板、鋼板に亜鉛・ニツケル合金をメツキし
た鋼板、アルミ・亜鉛合金メツキ鋼板(商品名ガ
ルフアン、ガルバリウム鋼板、スーパージンク)、
アルミニウム板、アルミニウム合金板、鋼板等の
1種からなる金属板(平板、エンボス加工板も含
む)、または合成樹脂板をロール、プレスで成形
したり、あるいは押出成形などの1種により成形
したものである。すなわち、ボードAは化粧面
1、雄型連結部雌型連結部13とから形成され

に役立つものである。また突条18は嵌合溝17
の内側面、すなわち上縁15、あるいは下縁16
に少なくとも1本設けるものであり、第2図に示

体のスプリング効果により、例えば図示するよう
に上縁15に設けた際は目地下地部5の表面を押

ング効果を向上し、連結力、防水性を大幅に向上
するのに役立つものである。 〔施工例〕 いま、第1図に示すようなボードAを第2図に
示すように横張りして壁体を形成すると仮定す
る。なおボードA1,A2は0.35mm厚のカラー鋼板
を用いて形成したものである。そこで、主柱、間
柱、防水シート、石膏ボード、シージングボード
等からなる壁下地αに第n段目のボードA1の延
長部11を釘βを介して固定する。次に第n+1
段目のボードA2の雌型連結部13の嵌合溝17
をボードA1の雄型連結部の差込縁6に嵌挿し、
第2図のような横目地部を形成するものである。

工程を土台から桁に向かつて行なえばよいもので
ある。このようにして形成した壁体は前述したよ
うに目地部における防水性、連結力に富むものと
なる。なお、土台部分にはスタータ(図示せず)、
出、入隅等の部分(図示せず)にはコーキング
材、役物を用いる必要がある。 〔その他の実施例〕 以上説明したのは本考案に係るボードAの一実
施例にすぎず、第3図a〜r、第4図a〜mに示
すように形成することもできる。すなわち、第3
図a〜rは雄型連結部のその他の実施例であ
り、a図は下縁10に対し係合溝9の上縁9aを
角度θ1となるように形成した雄型連結部、b図
はa図において溝部7の底面7aを上縁9aと平
行になるように形成した雄型連結部、c図は溝
部7を除去して差込縁6を形成した雄型連結部
3、d図は溝部7と補強リブ8を除去して差込縁
