に電気部品のはんだ付けを行なうとき、性質の異なる電
気信号パターン上のはんだの色を、本実施例による色の
異なる染料入りはんだを用いることにより、その色を区
別することができる。従って、プリント基板の試験を行
なうときなど、プリント基板上の電気信号パターンの種
類を容易に判断することができる。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明は、はんだの
フラックス中に染料を有しているので、電気信号の性質
の異なるはんだ付けの部分毎に色の異なる本発明のはん
だを用いてはんだ付けを行なうことにより、電気信号の
性質の異なる部分のはんだが容易に区別できるという効
果がある。
