ないが、医療用として使用されるカテーテル・キ
ヤニーレ装置に関する。

キヤニーレ内を滑動するカテーテル装置は多く
の用途で知られている。これを使用する際に生じ
る問題の一つは、キヤニーレの先端を開口内に一

認できなくなることである。

試験管受精は1978年以降に確立された医療法で
ある。胎児を受容者の子宮に挿入するさいに使用
する必須装置はカテーテルであるが、これは膣を
介して子宮頸管に挿入して、子宮を傷つけずに胎
児を子宮に入れるために使用できるようになつて
いる。このようなカテーテルの場合、子宮頸管の
損傷を予防するために、軟質・可とう性の合成ポ
リマーを使用する必要があるが、このため、カテ
ーテルを子宮頸管を介して案内するさいに問題が
生じる。

つて、子宮内口に達するまで、子宮頸管を通つて
いる間カテーテルをキヤニーレによつて支持で
き、カテーテルを子宮内に送り込むことができ
る。次に、カテーテルを押し進め、外装を後退さ
せる。

的の行う必要がある極めて細心な注意が要る操作

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 先端7から離れた末端にハブ5を設けた軟質
可撓性材料で形成されたカテーテル6と、実質
的に剛性で該カテーテルが内部を滑動するキヤ
ニーレ1とから構成され、該カテーテルの先端
7は、通常、該キヤニーレの先端4から張出す
る位置にあるカテーテル・キヤニーレ装置であ
つて、前記カテーテル6は前記ハブ5付近のカ
テーテル表面に付された可視目盛り8を設け、
前記キヤニーレ1は前記先端4付近に可視目盛
り3を設けていることを特徴とする試験管受精
の使用に適するカテーテル・キヤニーレ装置。 2 前記キヤニーレはその末端付近にハブ2が設
けられ、前記カテーテルはその末端付近にハブ
5が設けられ、前記各ハブは前記カテーテルの
