- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂封止部と、ダミー樹脂部とを有する樹
脂封止型半導体装置であつて、 樹脂封止部は、半導体素子を樹脂により樹脂封
止させるものであり、 ダミー樹脂部は、製品外形より大きな寸法によ
るように樹脂封止部に一体成形させたもので、樹
脂封止後に研削除去するものであることを特徴と
する樹脂封止型半導体装置。 (2) 前記ダミー樹脂部は、樹脂封止部の捺印面
と反対側に一体成形させたものであることを特徴
とする請求項第(1)項記載の樹脂封止型半導体装
置。
